"Brake Time" with the Ford Shelby Mustang GT350

Car dealers are notorious for having some pretty terrible commercials and social content. But what if we could film a high-end spot that was both creative and eye-catching, and on a very limited budget? Something that featured a cool car going fast and loud instead of a car dealer in his underwear screaming at the screen. Someone would surely be game to change things for the better, right?


Well our friends

at Tom’s Ford were game to change things up. They offered up the keys to their beautiful Shelby GT350 with the only demand that we do something special. So we teamed up with the the amazing crew at Silver Style Pictures to execute a concept that combined a beautiful beast of an automobile set against an iconic building, our Bell Works home. The production was a dream and the end result is sure to leave its mark in the dealer community and beyond. We hope you enjoy "Brake Time."

Being the first to bring the cookie dough craze to the Jersey Shore, Just Dough It had a lot of things going for it, but with little more than a clip art logo on a window, they were in serious need of a look and feel that would help them connect with their local market.

After meeting with the owners and learning their story, we set out to build them a brand. Their goal of bringing cookie dough and other creative desserts

to the shore led us to their tagline “desserts that make waves.” From there we went to work on a logo, color palette, and iconic visuals that could help connect cookie dough to an entire beach culture. The client loved their new logo and theme so much, we had the privilege of assisting them with everything from truck wraps and signage to brochures and social ads. Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of enrollment marketing and campus communications at a four-year liberal arts college.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Refresh Advertising?

We hired them to produce a virtual tour of campus that we could share on our website. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They took photographs of every single corner of the college. They took one full-day to shoot everything. Then, they stitched all the photos together. This provides users a 360-degree view of every room on the tour. 

How did you come to work with Refresh Advertising?

I was introduced to Kevin (Owner & CCO) through my boss, the VP of Enrollment. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $15,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2019, and they completed their work around August of the same year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Everybody is blown away by the work they did. We’ve received positive feedback. They were thorough and efficient, even though the project was a bit laborious. 

How did Refresh Advertising perform from a project management standpoint?

They were reliable and always delivered on time. We were able to quickly implement revisions with them as well. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve seen tours of other campuses that aren’t as high-quality as the one they produced for us. They provided us with an excellent end-product and were so easy to work with. 

They also managed to do all their work on campus without disrupting our students or faculty. I couldn’t have asked for a better organization to work with. 

Are there any areas they could improve?  

There’s nothing they need to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

It’s important to have some idea of what you do and don’t want.
