We were helping host a fundraiser for a non-profit organization here in Atlanta

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed a couple graphic recording services in the Atlanta area to help give the event an extra pop

First reviewed and discussed price. Then outside of coordinating the time and people, the process was super smooth. They sent an artist to the event (Ross) who was very professional and sketched the big ideas live in front of the audience. Payment was completed by our payments team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes! We shared the "sketch" with the entire audience in a follow up email that clearly articulated the topics and discussions that were had. I don't know exactly how, but they did an amazing job at capturing the "big ideas" of the night.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely smooth

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to draw and jot down the big ideas in real-time was amazing! It's difficult for me as an audience member to follow along with everything that is happening, but they can both capture and document it in a visually appealing way

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would have been cool if they could have the drawing shared on a screen live during the event so that everyone else could follow along too.
