Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and pet stylist of a mobile dog grooming business based in Southern California. We offer reliable, loving care, using only top of the line products in our state of the art mobile pet salon. Each service provides a personalized, one-on-one, stress free environment for your pet and yourself!

For what projects/services did your company hire Simply Joy Studio, and what were your goals?

Our business is a start up and we wanted to establish a strong brand. We hired them to create a professional website, business cards, flyers, car wrap design, and for social media presence.

How did you select this vendor?

After numerous calls with so many agencies, they came out as the one that truly matched our passion and vision. They had a strong portfolio and communication that demonstrated their work from small businesses to larger companies.

We had a brief phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit. They emailed me over a client questionnaire to get a better understanding of my needs and how to tackle what for my business based on the stage of where we were at.

Shortly after we schedule an in-person meeting. There was a three round design process and each one had a strong and unique concept. The communication and project management throughout was excellent and the projects were completed on a timely fashion. As the project progressed we worked on the next steps to help grow the business in a professional manner both in a digital sense and content that can be used for marketing.

We worked directly with the creative director. The creative director supported different stages of the work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our business now has a cohesive brand image that extends to our online presence, too. Our traffic has doubled since completing the project. Our customers consistently compliment our logo and branding materials, so we’re happy with the final products. We are in love with the brand and display it proudly on our merchandise. They perfectly matched our vision, and we were pleased with the overall outcome.

Their commitment and passion to learning about our business and doing necessary research at the start. They are genuine, professional, and efficient. The entire process is transparent and straight forward. Their creativity is unique and remarkable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We don’t have a lot of constructive feedback for them. They did a fantastic job.
