I'm the owner of Unique Body Shop and have owned an auto body shop since 1989.

Our website was outdated and we were currently using the yellow book. When the yellow book (hibu) switched over to digital we had a basic digital website. CIS Agency was hired to help us with the SEO and new web design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I receive easily 3-5 phone calls or emails a week in regards to web design or SEO, however CIS is a local company and they already have worked with many people in the Auto Repair website industry.

We had to build the website from scratch, take pictures and collaborate with keywords that we wanted to rank. We also decided to go with Local Listings, for local SEO, online advertising and social media. We currently have CIS manage these month to month.

We had a web developer, sales person and project manager.

After launching our new website, we had many people begin to comment on how nice and clean the website was. We also begin to receive more google reviews and our phone calls went up.

We mainly communicated via phone and email. They had the process down to be very automated and clean.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quick turnaround time and affordable pricing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. They delivered on everything the offered.

Our website was created over 15 years ago and needed to be updated. Our product line had expanded and CIS Agency had the expertise to do a complete modern functional Web Design.

We conducted an extensive online search and CIS Agency was by far the best Agency and value of all the possibilities

We provided content to CIS agency and they repurposed it into a visually appealing and functional web site for us. They constantly provided updates and collaborated with us till we ended up with an excellent result.

We were assigned a project manager and she coordinated the CIS Agency staff through the length of the project.

After the launch of the new site our traffic increased dramatically.

The personal caring touch by the people of the CIS was greatlky appreciated. They made us feeL like we were the only project they were working on.

Over a series of meetings, consultations, and review with able to create a site that was interactive, dynamic, and help me reach certain business goals

The team started off with getting a sense of what I was going to create, the goals that I had for my business, and how I saw the services that I provide. Then, with patients, clarity, and insight they helped to design and create a site that would help me reach these calls
