BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the global chairman of the Rotary Action Group Against Slavery for Rotary International, a nonprofit. Our mission is to fight against human trafficking.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Seventy Seven Collective?

Since we had teams on six continents, we needed to take our image to the next level.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seventy Seven Collective rebranded our website, mission, and logo and built our WordPress website from scratch. We worked closely with their team to get everybody aligned. They created a membership page and a page with every human trafficking law around the world. Overall, we wanted the site to express our mission and share what we do.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Darrell (CCO & Founder) and Greg (Lead Developer). 

How did you come to work with Seventy Seven Collective?

They were a referral. We’d used other service providers before, but Darrell was very responsive and good at what he did, so his products were much better.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost was $13,000–$15,000, but a lot of their work was pro bono.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began the process in September 2020, and they finished the project in November 2020. They still manage our site and provide maintenance, among other things.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a tremendous increase in memberships, web traffic, and click-through rates.

How did Seventy Seven Collective perform from a project management standpoint?

They completed the project quickly and were very responsive; they typically answered in a short time. Moreover, Seventy Seven Collective always did what they promised when they said they were going to.

We communicated virtually and in person using Zoom, phone calls, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They stood out for their creativity and quick response.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing; everything was seamless.

Lay out your vision. The team does a great job of incorporating your ideas.
