Payments was a feature that we built from the ground-up, and it required integration with our ERP vendor. It consists of semi-auto payment requests to the customer directly from the ERP system that funnels through the website and sends the customer to a landing page on the website where they could process payment. They handled all of that with what I would call really good technical capability. They also have a lot of good suggestions on user experience.

They spend a good amount of time upfront getting to know what it is they’re going to build, and are not afraid to give you an honest quote. A lot of times software shops will underestimate the time it will take to finish building it. I think Exygy does an honest job of really bidding projects. Exygy forces you to do that process ahead of time, so that everybody is on the same page with respect to the budget and deliverables, which in the software development field is very critical because it can get really expensive really fast. If I were to point to the best thing about Exygy, it would be their transparency in defining and scoping and then delivering to that scope.
