The Creative Director saved us a ton of back/forth by staying organized and clearly communicating our feedback to the rest of the team! Mayabytes drilled down on our goals and design preferences right off the bat! They got to the essence of our brand and helped solidify our vision for the site. It's apparent that they care deeply about their clients and won't stop until 100% Satisfaction is achieved. Their team was absolutely brilliant - 5 STARS!! I think the only improvement could have been on OUR end, there were times when we took longer than expected to provide feedback and assets, which delayed the project slightly. Nonetheless, their team was entirely professional about our delays and were very patient with us!

When we first hired them, Danielle laid out a recommended timing schedule for us based on our client presentation date, and she handled all the communication and feedback for revisions to her designers. She provided us a PPT template to start working from that contained our client's branding colors and logo. We provided comments in the deck notes area to streamline version control. Looking back, workflow went so smoothly because we met with early-on to walk through our super rough draft deck. It had many holes and blank sections, but she could start thinking and brainstorming about our project. And so then a week later when we sent her our 'real first draft' deck, she already knew what we were trying to achieve and her team was able to very quickly turn it around for us.

These guys were very transparent, very upfront, and understood us. I made it clear to them how I wanted to do business. They made sure to get all the specs upfront so I wouldn’t get the constant big tricks in the industry such as, “Sure, we can do that. It’s $12,000. Do you want to add that? It’s another $3,000.” They were not like that. They were very thorough, upfront, and what they quoted was what they did the project for. In one project, they actually underestimated what it would cost. They told me that, but they kept their word and ate the additional cost overrun at their expense.
