Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of my business. We are a business that provides design consulting services to healthcare, educational and corporate end users.

For what projects/services did your company hire Create Element, and what were your goals?

I had many goals and needs for Create Element. Since I was starting my company from scratch I needed a logo, branding and a website. The goal was to have a fresh and clean brand response who my company is and the kind of work we support. I knew that Create Element was the one to help me.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I have know Jason for many years. And I have seen his work even prior to him starting Create Element. And I knew I loved his style and vibe. I loved the work I saw him do and I knew I wanted his style to help reflect my brand.

Create Element had their work cut out for them. I gave them a basic idea of what I was looking for but I didn’t want to interfere with the creative nature of Jason. So I told him I needed all my branded items such a logo so I could have a website and then business cards. And then have him create swag too. And from the logo notecards and letterhead. So my deliverable kept going when he completed one task.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work Create Element did for me was amazing. They really helped me feel as if I had the brand I wanted to reflect to the public. Since I am in the design field it is very competitive so I needed to have a logo that stood out and was fresh. After two years I had Jason update the colors within the logo. And still to this day I get so many compliments on my logo.

New c,Kent’s always love business cards since the style stands out from the standard cards. And I get such warm feedback on how easy it is to navigate on my website. And how pretty and fresh my website looks. To hear this feedback all the time means the wold to me and knows I hit my mark and I am in the game with my competition.

Their communication skills are stellar. You will be advised when you will have drafts to review and can always talk to a team member with questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love how they always have amazing input and ideas to have to my initial thoughts. And I love that they get the vision I want and can excute without me having to explain every detail.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I know that no one is perfect but this team does not need to improve on anything. They are truly talented and amazing.

I’m the office manager and marketing manager for a farrier tool manufacturer.

Our website was extremely outdated and needed a fresh look. We will be working on intergrading with quickbooks and other Wordpress forms to make our business run more efficiently with the help of Jason and Create Element!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked with Jason in the past and I know how passionate he is about what he does. He can take your vision to the next level if you trust him to be creative.

We started with our current website and content of the website as a baseline. We let Jason go from there. There were some changes we wanted to make, which we did when the time was right with his progress.

I worked directly with Jason.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are very close to pushing the website live. We did see the staging site and it looks fresh and new, just what we needed.

Fantastic. They were probably waiting on us, we never waited on them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed with their attention to detail. Understanding the nuances that someone without this experience would never think to address.
