We had a website that was not working properly so we hired Cybercloys for create a attractive and fully functional website for us.

A friend of mine recommended about the cyberclosys.

We had a meeting on Zoom after that they send me a brief form to fill up which was very useful for me in explaining my requirement after that they create a few mock-ups for me they were not simple themes but they were properly designed according to my requirements I selected one from that and they start working on that

Only Two people were dealing with me 1- Adrian (BU head) 2-Umair (Project Manager)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They designed a really great website which was way better than the website we were using. At the start, the website has very low traffic but with the help of SEO, they generated higher traffic plus an increase in the rank of the website. And they delivered the website in just a month a very quick delivery.

We have communication after every week they share proper reports every week about the project's progress and everything was scheduled At the starting and they delivered the project before the given date.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to understand things and analyze them was really great and Impressive. They converted my ideas into visuals, which was very attractive and mind-blowing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I didn't find any area of improvement for them, their way of working & and delivering the project was really appreciable.

Their way of delivering proposal for the project was very professional and the proposal was convincing according to my budget.

They send me a brief form for my website I filled it that and after that, they design a few mock-ups for my website they were more than just templates they were fully designed for the real estate business and I selected one of them then they started the Project.

After the completion, the website was way better in look n feel, and all functionalities were working properly, in starting traffic was not that much after the SEO of 3 to 4 months website raking was at the top.

They send weekly project reports describing the details of the project and project progress. Everything was properly done and the quality of the work was showing professionalism.

Their way of analyzing my work and converting that into a website and giving me solutions to a lot of problems was way more attractive.

I didn't find any area of improvement because everything was properly managed, and I received quality work.

We are working with cyberclosys since couple of years and their proposal is always acceptable because they doesn't miss anything.

We had a brief discussion and come to a conclusion then they shared a brief form with the help of the brief form I expressed my idea easily and then they created a few designs for me selection was quite difficult because they were not only designed they were properly created for my purpose and I selected one then they started work on that.

The result was shocking because it was above my expectation & they did it just in 2 weeks and it was quick I like their delivery ability.

They mail me a weekly update report to let me know the state of my project and In the end, they shared with me a detailed report about the project After the completion to describe what they have created.

Their ability to analyze ideas is really great and they convert them very quickly into computer graphics. The way they describe their work is remarkable express every thing in a very easy way so I can understand them easily.

I couldn't find any areas for improvement. Because they treated me in a professional manner.

Website development, Search engine optimization, social media marketing & basically i needed help to take all my business operations online to cut down cost by online sales generation & booking scheduling, CRM for record keeping. They helped me establish a sales funnel and then automated everything,

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I contacted them via a 3rd party website that they were using to purchase clients. I interviewed about 4 people only, but i was quite convinced by their offer, which was reasonable and less risky to work on.

They built me a custom PHP & WordPress website, helped me gain google search rankings via search console & tag managers i believe. They also integrated live chat on my site, which allows me to schedule customer way more easily. They also created a multi-vendor react native application for me that offer remote dentist services.

I worked with 3 people, Muhammad, Adrian & Patrick. but due to their transparency and clear communication via zoom and share good enough details helped me gain confidence on them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

These guys did a tremendous job, i had to spend $2000-$5000 just on paid ads or purchasing leads and alot more for paying salaries to the staff. But they automated the system, i no longer have to bear any monthly fees for leads, approx each lead which used to cost me $300 is free now which generated average revenue of $700 at least on each lead.

its quite smooth, i am usually a very busy person hence they are the conversation starters, always texting me to update on incoming leads, even though i rarely responded. They asked me about my end goal, offered a reasonable strategy and their interest was apparent because they called me almost every two weeks to take a feedback or ask if i need anything. They also sent me brief forms which made it easier for them to take as much info as possible for them to deploy the campaign.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their problem-solving skills and critical thinking are great when it comes to beating the competition. They are great planners and executers, they make sure your end goal is met. I have no problems paying a little extra because the returns on investments has been great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

i guess they should work on their pricing, but the other way round. They charge a lot lesser than what most companies charge in the beginning which compelled me to think whether or not am i going to meet my end goal or if these guys are real. Although this is the exact reason why i wanted to give it a try because, the cost of losing the initial investment was bear minimum.

They send me a website brief form which I filled out and sent back to them after that we had a deep conversation about the website. They designed a mock-up for my website with the information I provided in the brief form the mock-up was attractive & according to my desire. I selected one of the mock-up & and they started working on them.

The reason for creating a website was only for creating a web presence of a gym profile. When the website was live there was less traffic but from next month, the traffic increased, and through this, I generated new clients and which was very beneficial for my business.

We communicated with the project manager from start till the end of the project he delivered our message to the development team. The time started working on the project and they delivered the project in just 3 weeks with quality work.

The way they analyze my data and convert it into a website with an attractive look was the most impressive part other than that I like their way of time management & responsive behavior.

I would say no — they did a perfect job and knew exactly what we wanted.

We hired them to build up the complete sales funnel, a part of which si ready and functioning, we are receiving some response however we are patient in terms of business & completely understand that returns takes time.

I selected them via an online free lancing website & the propoal they offered comparatiely with other companies was quite reasonable plus they showed me their honest portfolio since i contacted people they build websites/softwares for and they were all real people who were satisfied

They initiated the project by starting with sending me a Website brief form, right after i took care of the invoice which was generated via Sqaure up, i felt safe since square is the merchant i peronally use & are 100% safe. After i filled & completed the web brief form, they started working on generating the mock-up which were quite quick within 10 business days v/s what the results were, They were not just template based site thrown into my face, but unque & likeable.

Yes, but there is no significant progress yet since we are fresh

We liked their ability to grasp my idea & capacity to map it into the visuals. Plus i like their problem-solving skills, i had to just tell them what my end goals were & they had quick economical solutions to those

A little on their time frame to a certain extent.
