Our webpage analytics show positive results. Users love the design and it’s been a tremendous resource, especially during environmental emergencies when the information we provide is most needed.
How did Flight perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate through email, phone calls, and text messages. We also meet in person every once in awhile to conduct a web review session.
Things can be chaotic on our end. We often give them new assignments with little warning, but they always accommodate us. Even as they’ve grown and taken on more clients, they’ve always made time for us as one of their oldest customers. They’re highly responsive and have helped us out during a number of emergencies.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They're very patient with us. They also have great design ideas. They’ve provided fabulous branding that’s really helped our organization make an impact.
Are there any areas they could improve?
When we first started working with Flight, they were a small, two-person shop. They’ve since expanded, which comes with some natural growing pains. Their transition to a larger company could have been handled better, but they still have a quality team that delivers excellent designs.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communicate early and often in order to share your ideas. They're great vision-keepers, so the more they know about your company, the better. Invite them in as full team members.
