Structure is required in order to hit goals. I feel that with Balkan Brothers, we get both. We get a lot of inspired work, and we get a great creative team at our disposal. But, that team is very conscious of deadlines and final results.

Every deliverable felt considered, intentional, and genuinely aligned with what we needed—even the things we didn’t know we needed yet. Deadlines were clear, progress was steady, and even when we took longer than expected on our end (which happened more than once), they were incredibly patient and flexible.

Even though we encountered some hurdles during the process, they kept at it and continued to push to get the project completed. They were also very flexible with the cost of the project even though it took longer than expected. If they had a crystal ball we might have approached the data migration issues differently, but they did the best they could with the unforeseen challenges and were able to overcome them to produce the site we needed.

They were just so willing to adapt and help me — they basically put themselves in my shoes and just worked with my schedule, so I never had to wait for anything from them.
