Oxy collaborated with our team to migrate our website from WordPress to Squarespace, given that we wanted a website builder that was more accessible to our current staff to be able to edit and maintain. They helped us idenitfy what was working and what could be improved. We provided updated content while Oxy created, designed, and set up our entire website on Squarespace. 
Oxy replicated the design aspects we liked, and designed new improvements. They also transfered key functions, and optimized SEO. They also provided ongoing support for our team to efficiently manage the website on the new platform, ensuring easy editing capabilities for all pages moving forward.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We wanted a new website by June 19th and Oxy delivered it weeks in advance. It gave our team time to do so much more and be really happy with the end product. We now have a new website we can easily edit!

Too early for measurables in terms of numbers since we just launched the new site a week ago, but we met the intended deadline for the site launch, which included a launch event that we needed the site to be completed in time for, and Oxy delivered.

Everything on Oxy's end was on time, always. If any tentative deadlines were missed it was a result of our team not getting it done, in which case Oxy was still working on other pieces while waiting for us. Oxy was extremely responsive to all of our needs and made everything happen that we were hoping for. In cases where something didn't happen yet, its on the docket for v2.

What I found most impressive about Oxy was their willingness to go the extra mile, keep us on schedule, and their impressive responsiveness which was always timely.

The only thing we discussed as something potentially to make a change in with the process was to review the newly drafted copy one the actual web pages instead of in a google doc, only because it likely is an easier experience for the client to see what it looks like on the page in order to make necessary changes.

We are an early stage start up that was looking to validate a new product idea. To do this, we enlisted Oxy to create 2 landing pages that we could use to A/B test two different value props for our new product. Oxy developed 2 different landing pages without having an exact blueprint for what the final products would be (we gave them a rough site mockup with some copy and basic bullet points), and they helped us brand the pages for our new target audience as well.

Through social media advertising, we determined the value prop that resonated the most with our target audience using the 2 landing pages that Oxy developed. Upon realizing the "winner," we pivoted to create a product that met the needs of our target audience's greatest pain point.

Because we were working quickly on this project, there were many opportunities for misunderstood instruction. When we anticipated this, we provided Loom videos for extra communication, but sometimes feedback was misinterpreted or disregarded. Once the specifics were called out, feedback was understood and delivered accurately, but it sometimes took repetition to get what we needed.

In my experience, rushed timelines can lead to rushed efforts; so this certainly could have been a byproduct of our quickly changing needs. I sensed no hesitation on Oxy's part to get the job done accurately once they understood our direction.
