I hired BereshkaWeb to help me with my ecommerce business. My goals were the following:

1. To create a website that could help me to showcase my artwork
2. To create a website that could help me sell my merchandise in Canada and the US
3. To showcase in this new channel my value proposition as an artist – who I am and what I stand for

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched for vendors in the US, Canada and Mexico. There were several factors that helped me in my decision:

• Customer service attitude (incl. responsiveness, honesty and professionalism)
• Clear project outputs and outcomes
• Understanding of my project goals and myself as brand
• Open communication at all times.
• The agency proposed ideas from the first time I met them till the end

We had a kick-off meeting via Zoom to discuss objectives. After that, the team delivered a few options and ideas with different quote options. After 1-2 emails where all my questions were clearly answered by the team, I decided to move forward with the project. It was then decided the website was going to be developed on WordPress. As stated in the proposal the website was then developed in a few stages, each with clear outcomes.

I worked the whole time with one team member.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The websites was launched just few days ago. The oucomes are of the new webiste site are:

1. A website that showcases my artwork
2. A website that helps me to sell my artwork and merchandise
3. A website that it is quick and easy to navigate
4. A website that communicates my value proposition as we an artist
5. A website that help me to communicate with my clients
6. A website that help me to collect leads

The agency demonstrated an agile, creative and strategic project management style. Their communication was constant, open, and honest. It was great to work with someone who cares for your project, as much as you do, someone who is always willing to go the extra mile to help you with your project.
