They’ve researched keywords related to our business and identified the best ones to target, sending us reports every month. They’ve also created a mobile version of our website and handled editor changes for us. For our PPC campaigns, they’ve used Google and Bing ads.

We are a bit unique in our needs because we make high-end custom jewelry. So our main goal is getting people into our physical location. We work with a product that our clients want to see and touch and be part of the design process. 

This company has been unique to us because we rarely find computer people that are able to work outside the digital world in a way that resonates with our customers. They've been able to cross that divide.

We seldom have problems, but if we do, the team is VERY responsive within a few hours to resolve the issues. We added the SEO option several years ago. Andrew constantly monitors Google for algorithm updates and word searches to keep our business on the first page, and more consistently, one of the top three selections. We are now contracting with them to manage Add Words.
