We had an amazing launch with over 1500 views in the first 36 hours. I received many personal notes on how impressive my site looks.

We met with several vendors and picked this company based on quality of work, time available, and proximity to our office making the company available on needed basis.

Total website redesign, the vendor met with staff and others to get an idea of needs, set up meetings to discuss needs with staff, and then tested out different aspects of the work as it progressed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our office had a great experience from day one working with Denise and her team. We were able to continue to do the website work on design and logistics despite the Covid pandemic and she was always available for any issues that popped up. She kept us up to date on a frequent basis and provided us with new ideas based on input from many people with some differing views. She has since continued to keep in touch on new ideas or changes that might need to be made.

Unique style and proactive approach, not waiting for us to finish or get back to her based on our timeline. We highly recommend her work and would do another website design and build-out with her. Their project manager does all this with a friendly smile which made the process just great.

Denise made it an enjoyable experience from our first phone call. She took the time to get a real sense of what I do, who my clients are, who I am for that matter. She then created a plan based on that information. I was kept informed every step of the way and my questions were always answered and preferences met. Denise’s colleague Geoff prepared several logo designs for me to choose from. The finished project was a beautiful, appealing, engaging website, and fresh new logo.

I am co-owner of a movement and fitness company called Comfy Fitness. We've been in business for 15 years and were shifting our business from a brick and mortar to online.

We worked with Zhoosh on our biggest web undertaking in a decade and a half. We were building a membership site that was going to be extremely complicated, complete with automatic emails, contracts, forms, and of course, a membership platform and forum.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looked at 3 different web designers at the time, and if I'm being honest, we went with the person who had work we liked and responded in a timely manner with complete thoughts and sentences.

We were building a membership site that was going to be extremely complicated, complete with automatic emails, contracts, forms, and of course, a membership platform and forum. Denise's (our designer) professionalism was the driving factor to a timely and complete experience. She kept us on point, focused and continually reminded us of our deadlines. So, so, so helpful with such a BIG project. She's also a great listener. Anytime we had a question or a request, she made herself available and gave us honest feedback.

If she didn't think we were making a good choice on something, she'd let us know, which is helpful when it comes to something like a website. Another awesome piece of her service is the time she took with us after the design of the site was complete to teach us how to make our own changes so we are not dependent completely on her for any simple site updates. When things change in your business regularly, this is an important tool.

Having said that, however, she is still an ancillary part of our team. When we need something, we don't hesitate to reach out and ask for help - and her response is still timely!  She took our logo, our brand, and our site's ultimate purpose and created something that is a delight to navigate. We are extremely proud and will continue working with Zhoosh in the future.

I am aware a team was responsible for the development of our site, but I am so removed from the roles they played. Our main contact was Denise. At this point, the sense of our relationship feels like it's in the world of team, and not as much vendor/client. She actually cares about our success.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

At the time, we were transitioning from a brick & mortar to all online, so we didn't really have much to measure against. Nor did we really know what was going to work and not work. It's been a lot of trial and error over the last year and a half. We just completed the relaunch of our new site last week (with the help of Zhoosh), and we saw more visits to our site than ever before. Now we have an opportunity, again with the help of Zhoosh, to monitor the activity of the site and see where people go and how they make their decisions. We have been successfully streamlining our traffic.

Like I said, we've never worked with a vendor that was so serious about timelines. We were in the planning process from the beginning, including the timeline, and nudged with deadlines consistently. I think we surprised ourselves when we launched almost on time the first go-around, and right on time the second go-around.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I know it sounds crazy, but just being able to get on calls on time, have productive meetings, hit deadlines. Anyone who has tried building anything knows exactly what I am talking about.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I haven't really gotten behind the platform, Wix, yet. I honestly think the nature of our business also makes it kinda difficult for any platform, but there are some specific issues I've had. Certain things that aren't in our control feel like they should be, like formatting for certain pages. Not to mention, some functionalities make no sense if you ask me, like sending an email to a member of the company from Wix and not from the company itself. Not sure if that makes sense, but it's had me and others going in circles at times.

The site has a consumer section and a professional section, and Zhoosh Creative built it so that the right kind of visitors go into the right section of the website.

We’re currently working on developing an e-commerce website. They also handle the site’s hosting and maintenance.
