I am the partner in charge of marketing (including our website and blog) at Livesay & Myers, P.C., a family law firm.


For what projects/services did your company hire Nifty Marketing?

Nifty Marketing provides ongoing marketing services for our website. They designed, developed, and launched the current version of our website, and they’ve since provided ongoing support for the website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a site that is easy to navigate, pleasant to look at, and works very well on both desktop and mobile devices. Most of our leads come from our website, so we wanted to improve the experience of those prospective customers.


How did you select this vendor?

We found them through a Google search and then carefully examined their website, including examples of their work, followed by an initial telephone discussion with them.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After we retained their services, Nifty Marketing designed the website, soliciting my input along the way. We tested different versions of various elements of the site, and eventually deployed it. They handled all the work of uploading our content from the prior version of the site to this current version. They currently help maintain the site and make changes to the site that I request and troubleshoot any issues that might arise.

What was the team composition?

I have always been assigned one particular point of contact at Nifty Marketing, to whom I direct my requests for assistance. I'm sure multiple people on their end have contributed, particularly to the original design and development of the website.


Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website and business have grown each year we have worked with Nifty Marketing. We currently receive about 14,000 visitors to our site per month. We have grown from three offices to five offices during this time, and have seen our revenue grow tremendously.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

My point of contact is extremely timely and reliable with his assistance. And on our end, I am the single point of contact for online marketing and the website, so it works out seamlessly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They provide whatever assistance we require without trying to push us into anything we’re not ready for, and they provide great value for our money. They can provide as much or as little assistance as we require.
