I’m the marketing manager of a fitness company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Warschawski?

We needed someone to help us with our CRM, email, and SMS program management.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Warchawski is mainly responsible for our day-to-day email and SMS program production. They work hand in hand with my team to plan our monthly calendars for email and SMS marketing.

Apart from that, they also look for optimizations regarding AB testing, segmentation, and general support. Furthermore, they also branch into our automated triggers, helping brainstorm, optimize, and strategize.

What is the team composition?

We mainly interact with around eight people — two are from upper management and the rest are for our day-to-day tasks.

How did you come to work with Warschawski?

They were introduced to us by a previous co-worker and director. Prior to working with Warchawski, we were in partnership with two email and SMS agencies that just weren’t fitting the mold for what we needed.

Warchawski has been great since the beginning, and they were able to keep up with us and the many facets of our business.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since August 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I consider them an important extension of my team. They’re always so involved, and they put a lot of care and attention to the details of their tasks.

How did Warschawski perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a tight grasp on project management because we would have at least 2–3 projects at any given time, but they’re able to make the entire process easy for us.

We typically communicate through phone calls and standard bi-weekly meetings, but Warchawski is basically available for us any time we need them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like the fact that they’re genuinely interested in partnering with us as a brand. I don’t feel like I’m being nickel-and-dimed and I don’t feel like everything I do is being tallied up on a sheet.

Warchawski is willing to bend, adjust, and adapt to our needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback because every aspect of the project is being taken care of.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise you to be vocal and honest, but always remember there’s a human element to working with an agency, so be nice.

Communicate your needs and expectations and they will do their very best to adapt and meet what you require.

We requested a series of email templates for a variety of use cases. We needed the templates to be fully responsive (mobile/desktop, light/dark mode) and to work with Pardot. We also wanted templates created in canva for updating any images or for template options.

• Reducing creation and design time for email marketing. 
• Increasing CTO rates.
