For what projects/services did your company hire PERC?

We initially hired PERC for a narrow scope of work, mainly focused on SEO and PPC. It was evident from the beginning that PERC was a nimble and effective partner, and we immediately expanded work to include video, enhanced SEO and more granular web development projects. Most recently, we hired PERC to perform a complete ADA audit and rebuild of our retail site.

What were your goals for this project?

The Americans with Disabilities Act requires websites to be accessible to all. Regulations are constantly in flux and compliance can be expensive and difficult. PERC easily navigated the legal waters for us, performed a thorough audit and remedied any and all potential issues of non-compliance within 48 hours. PERC was fast, extremely cost effective, and the site passed the detailed review of third party legal council. After meeting with ADA Compliance organizations, both local and national, PERC is the only company I would recommend.

In partnership with the National Audubon Society, we are an ecommerce company selling grassfed beef from ranches regenerating bird habitat and delivering it direct to consumers nationwide.

We are a startup and had to develop our ecommerce presence from scratch. PERC led us through process of plan development including implementation and operation of compelling and credible web site and broader social media presence.

Develop a compelling and credible digital presence that allowed us to attract and then convert clicks into purchases efficiently and effectively.

Designed and implemented web site. Secured, set up and operated customer contact email services (including translating our content into ready to send emails). Secured and managed services to place and adapt pay-per click Google and social media media advertising. All services regularly adapted to learning from customer interaction during early months of customer interaction.

What was the team composition?

The core of the project team included 5 people - 2 from PERC, 2 of us, and 1 other critical marketing partner. PERC also managed multiple other 3rd party relationships to execute on plans.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We are still early, but are now up and operating with all systems working reliably as designed. Our e-presence is now credible ranking high in relevant search, and email list has grown rapidly. Too early to tell yet whether we have successfully tapped into a compelling high-growth market, but all systems are working very well.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Just a few f2f meetings, but regularly weekly video conference meetings with excellent phone, text and email interaction.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

1. The ability to quickly and efficiently implement design concepts. 2. Their savvy experience in knowing how to build credible e-presence stood out.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The ability to understand deeper nuances of messaging content so as to better finesse digital presence elements.

We hired PERC a few years ago as a partner to help consult with our strategy and client SEO strategies. We leveraged both of our expertises to develope SEO strategies and then implement them to give our clients the best results.

Our goals were to increase the rankings, SEO traffic and conversions for clients.

Through mutal connections, networking and seeing PERC's previous reputation/results.

We started off by meeting to discuss what our goals and struggles were for our client to deliver effective SEO strategies in certain comeptitive markets. We then brainstormed and came up with a partnership and system with PERC to develop and implement these SEO strategies to success for our clients.

Both the PERC and our team working together but mainly Ryan, myself and my business partner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Honestly it was fantastic. WE were able to develop a smooth system and that worked not only internally to manage and communicate but to get realy good results and make all parties involved very happy. Rankings increased, traffic increased and conversions increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great. Ryan is very easy to work with and communicative. I loved that we could text, email, zoom or even meet in person. Different circumstances called for different meeting needs and it was great to have that with Ryan and PERC

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The results and expertise in the field and willing to partner and collaborate. Thats not always common in our field.
