What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We launched a little bit ahead of time to test something. Our customers found out about the new website even though we never announced it. They started calling us about it and sharing their excitement. That meant that we had to take it down for the time being, but we appreciated the enthusiastic response!
How did HyQuality perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re amazing. We’re so happy with Hy. It was easy to contact to him: he gave me his personal cell phone number and his WhatsApp. That way, I could send him a text with a request, and he’d get it done that day or the following morning. We also met 4–5 times in person, but it made it really easy to reach out to him via text or email and get a response very quickly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The whole process was very easy with him. Every service was built into the price we’d agreed upon, so it stayed the same price at the end. The contract was written in plain language. Also, Hy was open to receive us for meeting requests. Whenever we asked him questions, he understood perfectly and guided us well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We were very happy with the way Hy did things. For us, it was perfect.
Any advice for potential customers?
We went to Hy with a blank idea. He was very patient and never complained to us throughout the process. But it probably would’ve helped Hy if we sat down beforehand and made a sketch or scope of what we wanted.
