The company was chosen based on a selection from a previous resarch of companies that offered similar services. The decisive factor was the excellent contact and professional presentation of the offer.

The process of creating the site was very detailed and diligently carried out by the Human Creative team. First, after a thorough and very factual analysis, a plan describing all the steps was prepared. First, a concept was created, then a broader description of each issue, the selection of materials and making minor adjustments during the work.

two company representatives worked with us. One representative was the project developer and the other was responsible for the IT side of programming the website

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were shown each step of work in great detail. We were given very comprehensive analyses with reports, which were very helpful for us, because thanks to them we knew exactly at what stage the work was.

The work proceeded in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most distinctive feature of this company is its completely individual approach to each client. A very thorough and reliable analysis is carried out to create a design that reflects what the client wants to communicate. It is also commendable that they have a well-developed ability to listen and understand the client's needs.

Absolutely none.

We searched over all the content creators we saw and human creative had the projects we liked the most

The project was about presenting a security product (a hypervisor kit), relatively complex and where the challenge was to provide an explanation of something complex and abstract in a simple way. Despite the difficulties the team succeeded brilliantly in representing what we wanted

We always worked with the same person, who was in charge of managing his colleagues, and that also made communication easier. I know that at least 3 people worked on this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were able to identify the parts that were not well understood (as we tried to provide an explanation) and improved it to make it palatable to the audience. As I say, it is a complex field and explaining it in a simple way is challenging.

Very effective and fluid, we did recurring sessions that allowed us to see the progress and of course, remotely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to connect such unconnected worlds was amazing!

The truth is that I have no objections to the project we did

We provided Human with the end-to-end process of how the solution works, what problem it solves and what quality it will provide to our clients. Human provided initial solutions which were iterated a few times in order to find an optimal result.

Newly acquired clients who approached the product via an onboarding website where the animation was being presented.

The first animations, even before the iterations were really pleasing and I remembered being impressed with Human's ability to capture a story.

We've received a pretty nice feedback from our 36 employees and many of our customers. That was our main goal and with Human we managed to complete it.

They were well-organized but very creative —a rare combination especially that it was complemented with high quality of final result.

A way that the owner - Tom - create and manage relation with customer - it's a really client centric attitude.

They work long hours, look like almost 24/7, maybe they should rest more :)
