One of the things that stood out was how easily Balkan Brothers ingrained themselves into our process. Typically, when we work with outside shops, it's hard for people to understand what we do, why we do certain processes, and how things function. I'm not sure that the Balkan Brothers team totally comprehends everything we do, but it's never been a roadblock. They just do what we tell them to do, and they enhance the areas that they can using visual design.

The user interface that was designed by Reinvently from scratch was beautiful and user-friendly, and the functional development so far has been timely, simple, and extremely feedback driven. They have been a great resource for us as an organization because of the incredible speed with which steps in the project have been accomplished and, moreover, because of the quality of work done ranging from design all the way to creation of the website and its more interactive elements. Since the solution hasn't been launched yet, I cannot share any figures or stats with you.

I don't have time in my day to go and meet somebody. They call me, or we do conference calls and screen shares. That way they can show me things online and don’t have to be sitting next to me. Michelle is always available and attentive via text and email. I’m most impressed with their professionalism and quick turnaround. Some marketing companies take 72 hours to get back to you.
