I had asked the Desque to build a website for my company. Specifically I had asked for a website that looks great and that shows and describes all the different solar installation and energy storage services that my company provided. The most important deliverable was the website with the correct copy itself. I also had some call to action buttons on the website to drive traffic.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measureable outcome was having a functioning website that looks great. In the end that's exactly what we got!

We had bi-weekly calls set up to discuss the progress of the web design project. Pretty much all deliverables were completed on or before the due date. Their response time was extremely quick, and with 2 people working on the project I always had someone to communicate with if the other person was busy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their portfolio prior to mine was super impressive. They had incredible attention to detail and design skills that I don't think I would have gotten anywhere else. Also the speed and desire with which they treated my project made me feel comfortable expressing my own ideas. Overall I had the feeling that my project was as important to them as it was to me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Desque could have done differently?

Given what I had asked from them, they delivered everything and went above and beyond. I don't have any areas where I think they could have done something differently.

Trung and his team, a web development and digital marketing agency, provide monthly updates and conduct a mid-project meeting for a real estate website redesign.

Yes, they were very prompt with the responses and kept us updated. no issue with delivery from him

unlike other website designers I've met, he is frank about how things are designed and able to provide resources and results from previous clients he has worked with. He took the time to explain the technical aspect of the project

Success - our website: www.sapaandco.com - our ability to be at food markets, farmers market, food shows with our business cards, logos etc.

Desque created a timeline with varying set goals that were met before their noted due date. Further, communication throughout the entire project was amazing. From answering all my questions, keeping me updated, notifying me of any requirements, their response and communication was spectacular.

I'm not tech savvy or well-versed in websites or web designs and branding. Their ability to walk me through the entire process and explain to me why things work, how things should work, made me feel comfortable with the current project. Their communication and work were greatly admired.
