They helped us rebrand our marketing material and the new brand was also used in the revamping of our website which they did an amazing job. The communication was great and it really was an all-in-one service so we didn't have to deal with other vendors/designers.

Got us a new website in 50% shorter time. They also offered design and branding services so we didn't have to find another vendor to work with them; it was all inclusive so that also saved us time and effort.

Delivered on time.They also communicated estimated durations for scopes of work we added ahead of time. I felt like we were always in the loop throughout the development of our branding and website.

They were a one-stop shop for branding, design, and website development. The value we got for the pricing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Second Crew could have done differently?

We are a niche company in the construction industry. It would have been extra awesome if they had copy writers that were experienced in construction. This is actually something we have some trouble finding with other copywriters we interviewed. So, I really didn't expect them to have this niche copywriter in construction tech. It would have been awesome if they did tho!

This was our first website and we needed to get all of our design and personality across, but most importantly the essence of our brand.

The portfolio of companies they has worked with and their good attitude towards our needs

We had an original kickoff meeting, then we were presented a mock up of the website layout. Then we were presented with an original design proposal that we went over and made corrections on the mock up, content and design on the Shopify platform. After going back and forth with corrections, we were presented with a final version and a tutorial on how to edit and update the site. We were sent tutorial videos and offered future support if we had inconveniences.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have not launched our site yet so we cannot measure performance, however, reviews on the design are outstanding.

We had meetings every other week at the beginning to go over the design reviews with Alex, the director. He would transmit the information to the rest of the team. Eventually Natalie started participating in the meetings as well. We did not achieve the original deadline, partly because we didn’t have with the Copy polished, on our end, but also corrections seemed a bit slow on some occasions. Then they picked up pace quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a beautiful site that has all the Shopify integration our team required. The service was really personalized and the tutorials were simple and easy to follow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Follow up was slow sometimes
