I'm a managing partner at a house remodeling company.

For what projects/services did your company hire 1MDE?

As part of our growth strategy we aimed to expand our services to the nearest states and become the market leader in these specific local markets. Being a small and relatively new company we didn't have the expertise to launch a full-scale advertising strategy by ourselves.

How did you select this vendor?

We did a in-depth research of companies that could offer us the service we needed and vetted them through comparing reviews and ratings on different media, and heard some proposals. 1MDE proposal was the best by far, not only price wise, but service and scope. Their team came together and demoed us with ideas that right off the bat interested us. 1MDE really took their time to study and show us a proposal that fit our overall needs.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

1MDE concentrated their efforts in the company's main drivers and needs, subsequently meeting with various key team members to solidify the initial strategy. The strategy selected included targeting several different types of media, virtual and physical. 1MDE produced ads, email campaigns, social media marketing, promos and newsletters.

What was the team composition?

I worked mostly with the top executives of the company, and on multiple occasions had meetings with the owner that went out of his way to make sure that every deliverable was on point and on target.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the start of this initiative, our sales have increased. The fact that the campaigns reached so many of our old clients but also new ones, and the positive reviews that came with business is to be credited to 1MDE. Altogether, we're pleased with the sales volume growth and client satisfactions we are experiencing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their project manager and our team meet once a week, and on pivotal moments, twice a week, to assess and review progress as well as any upcoming tasks. 1MDE always updated us, on a timely basis and upon request, via email, phone or personally during meetings. They solicited our input before each stage and act on it fast.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their inventiveness is also amazing; each piece of content they produced was unique and achieved the set goals. They seemed genuinely concerned for our requirements and motivated to support us in achieving our objectives. 1MDE's early dedication to learning about our company and conducting the necessary research is outstanding.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Communication was done by video-calls and email, but I could see the implementation of other communication methods being beneficial for other projects.
