We asked Thought Catalog to execute over 15 Instagram Reel videos that both integrated our products and drove strong views/engagement. As well as create an impactful and emotional brand campaign that would introduce our products to a new audience and drive sales.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos and campaign surpassed our benchmark metrics for both views, new followers, and engagement. Two of the videos, in particular, went viral and are some of our highest-performing Instagram Reels to date. We were able to reposition our 100-year-old brand as younger, more modern, and accessible.

The team is well-organized from start to finish. They've come in with a strong strategy, and once we decided on a direction, the deliverables were met on time, and the feedback/edit process was smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Thought Catalog was the only agency we considered who used social media every day to frame and sell their own products. While we sell different products from Thought Catalog, it was refreshing to hear how well they understood the pain points of creating content that strikes the right balance of product placement without feeling inauthentic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Thought Catalog Agency could have done differently?

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish and felt well taken care of the entire time.

We wanted to explore new ways to reach our audience through social platforms such as TikTok . We asked Thought Catalogue to create a collection of original posts that embodied the tone and voice of our brand, while using their strategic knowledge of the platform.

Thought Catalog created beautiful content that proved to connect to many of our audience. Of all the collaborators we worked with on this specific project, TC was the most successful based on analytics and overall brand view.

Though Catalog was organized and extremely thoughtful on how they presented their deliverables. They were quick to respond to feedback and when sharing assets they did so in an easily digestible format. This was very much appreciated as we all work in an email-first, and remote environment.

They share a similar care for mental health and wellness. Their goals are to improve viewer's online feeds and content - creating an environment that is positive, esthetically beautiful and supportive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Thought Catalog Agency could have done differently?

We have only worked with Thought Catalog Agency once, but their structure and capabilities are impressive. At this time I do not have any suggestions for improvement.
