What were your goals for this project?

Our objective for this engagement was to complete a total website redesign to maximize conversions.

How did you select this vendor?

White Fox Studios was in the top spot among many candidates we considered. They had the best portfolio and the fastest response time. Their customer service representative was the most knowledgeable and friendly we encountered. They proposed an impressively well thought out plan of execution.

Describe the project in detail.

After we made our initial deposit, White Fox took the ball and ran with it. They executed on everything in a timely manner. At the end, they delivered a highly polished, customized final product. 

What was the team composition?

Michael (SEO Specialist, White Fox Studios) is a world-class SEO engineer, web developer, and customer service representative. He was our first point of contact with the company. His knowledge of our industry space, exact needs, and steps to succeed in them were astonishing.

Our second point of contact, Byron (Web Developer, White Fox Studios) was an equally top-notch web designer with the chops to back it up. JD (SEO and Digital Marketing, White Fox Studios) was also an expert in his field. He was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, professional and courteous.

Benji (Director, White Fox Studios) is very charismatic. His straight to the point and no-nonsense approach really sold us. We were in constant contact with the whole team throughout the process, and everyone brought their A-game.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website White Fox Studios delivered drastically improved the vision our firm portrays online. The end result of their efforts is spectacular. Our new site is now miles ahead of our competitors in terms of its look and feel, ease-of-use, features, and tools.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a seamless workflow between our two teams. White Fox Studios was open to any request and worked diligently, often interspersed with expert advice. To offset risky requests we made, the CMO and lead designer would step in and explain why it might hurt us. They’d offer us a strong alternative solution to set us in the right direction.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed by White Fox Studio’s communication. Most web design firms have a negative reputation of being unresponsive and having poor customer service. White Fox Studios is the antithesis of this stereotype. Whenever we called with a question, they picked up on the first ring and gave a professional, fully qualified response. They crushed it every time and never expressed discontent or frustration.

Are there any areas for improvement?

For the quality they deliver, White Fox Studios could probably charge ten times as much as they do. We would have easily paid a lot more for this level of a digital rebranding experience. They underestimate the price people would pay for their services, products, and results.
