Then, at the end of the week, we’ll discuss what was accomplished and address any questions. Their main developer is in China, so it can be hard to contact him, but the other team members get the message across and take care of the project.

For example, one of their developers, David, is genuinely interested in the engineering disciplines part of the work. He’s not coming in to write code that he doesn’t understand the subject matter behind. Like I said, we have complicated business practices, and Simple Thread’s resources are willing to invest time to understand them, which translates to better outcomes for us.
