We looked for video production profiles on Dribbles. Even though we have received more than 50 offers, we reached Outcrowd directly and picked to work with them. Our choice was based on the amazing portfolio we saw on the Outcrowd profile as well as the reviews we read.

We kicked off with a short discovery meeting. I share my script and shared my vision for the video. Outcrowd team was fast to deliver the storyboard. After a few minor adjustments, they delivered a 40-sec spot that exceeded my expectations. The team also shared some mockups for us to use on our social media.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with a project manager, named Alina. She kept all the work on schedule and was a good messenger between us and the animator(s). They shared their work through Figma, which allowed us to comment directly on certain elements of the storyboard. Alina listened to our feedback and delivered great value; she curated well the entire process.

The video has been generating consistent engagement on some of our social media platforms. We have received positive feedback on the video.

We were given a set of mood boards which we thought was a great idea. It allowed a chance for early revisions and vision alignment whilst saving lots of time down the track. The brand was developed and we got plenty of chances to give feedback, revise and ultimately complete the project.

I worked directly with their project manager Alexandra who was excellent and very well versed in understanding our requests and being able to align with our vision. We also met the designer online which is great to get to know more of the team.

We could not be more impressed with how they communicated and stayed on track during the project. They kept us up to date and communicated with us every step of the way to ensure that we felt good with any and all changes they made in their iterations. We were so pleased with their work that we have since gone back to them on two separate projects and were just as pleased if not more so by the amazing work they continue to do.

Their prices are more than reasonable, and their ability to achieve what we were looking for was spot-on. We will revisit Outcrowd for any and all design projects we have in the future and recommend you do the same.
