We had a great experience working with Vlad, Irina, and Alexandra and would highly recommend them for any ux/ui or brand design work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were left with a great project that was ready to be taken to engineering and even returned to Outcrowd for two other projects thereafter.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Despite extreme time differences, the digital communication and meetings between our team and Outcrowd were both convenient and constructive which led to a great workflow dynamic.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We could not be more impressed with how they communicated and stayed on track during the project. They kept us up to date and communicated with us every step of the way to ensure that we felt good with any and all changes they made in their iterations. We were so pleased with their work that we have since gone back to them on two separate projects and were just as pleased if not more so by the amazing work they continue to do.

Their prices are more than reasonable, and their ability to achieve what we were looking for was spot-on. We will revisit Outcrowd for any and all design projects we have in the future and recommend you do the same.

Unfortunately the development was interrupted by the Russian invasion.

It was difficult to comment given that we couldn’t complete the project as planned due to the invasion

We've tested UI with several potential customers and the feedback has been positive.

Their project manager was constantly interacting with us, notifying us of new updates. We had meetings and chatting. Everything was delivered on time.

We were impressed with their UI/UX design skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Status reports on each stage of the project could have been helpful so we could limit any misunderstandings.

We needed to better understand our finances, as we were lacking in several areas. After hearing about these guys through some good friends, I'm glad we reached out. Not only are we on track for our metrics, we're far exceeding them as well.

The patience they had while catching us up on their framework for success was truly commendable.

We needed to design our first website in a cost effective way that spoke to the diverse needs of pregnant individuals in the U.S.

We interviewed a number of vendors, but Outcrowd was best in terms of quality relative to price.

We asked them to create our initial landing page which required a number of more complex illustrations. They were able to execute and also refine based on our feedback beautifully.

While our business has pivoted and we ultimately re-did our website to incorporate more live images, we were able to raise a $3.2M seed round off of the initial design.

It's really their process — they made it so easy to develop ideas and refine them. The end result was great too.

As a result of working with Outcrowd, we now feel we have a brand that screams quality and thoughtfulness. They implemented what we had in mind with great care and attention to detail.

We had a meeting with the project manager at first to review the steps to come. We picked it up from there on Slack such that they shared their progress consistently on a regularly updated Figma project, asked for our review, and moving to the next step once approved. We provided our comment on the Figma project, and they responded accordingly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company's work is all about quality. I feel now that we have full-fledged brand that we can use forever without thinking twice. We also never felt disconnected from the project due to the great follow-up by their team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish the business development manager also joined Slack to make some stuff regarding payment easier.
