It did end up extending the project but it was very transparent, and BB Agency was very communicative so we always knew what was happening and we didn’t have to chase after them. When there was a delay, they talked about why there was a delay. They basically walked us through the steps so we were involved in the process the whole way. We had a Slack channel we communicated through so everyone that was part of the project — both on their end and on ours — was involved in the conversation at all times and everyone was on the same page.

We can call or meet with them anytime, eliminating a lot of potential confusion.

Having someone who knows what they’re doing and tells me their plans in detail has been great. We usually communicate via messages and phone calls. For some parts of the project, I’ve worked closely with them to ensure everything gets implemented how I wanted it to be.

We love their passion for the work Integrity does and their compassion for the property owners we help serve who may have been hit by a devastating hurricane or tropical storm. They are also perfectionists who are more concerned about getting the work done properly and aligned with our goals than getting the finished product to us quickly. They have some of the best QA processes I have ever worked with where a mistake may slip through a few people in the workflow, but 9/10 times it's discovered before it even crosses our desks at Hancock.
