One of the things that stood out was how easily Balkan Brothers ingrained themselves into our process. Typically, when we work with outside shops, it's hard for people to understand what we do, why we do certain processes, and how things function. I'm not sure that the Balkan Brothers team totally comprehends everything we do, but it's never been a roadblock. They just do what we tell them to do, and they enhance the areas that they can using visual design.

Since I started working with Main Street ROI, there has been a noticeable and drastic increase in the number of incoming calls, inquiries, and business. Instead of getting 20 calls a month, of which five were good, five were terrible, and 10 were in the middle, I'm getting 200 calls a month, and 50 are good, 50 are terrible, and 100 are in the middle. It's a tremendous jump. I attribute it to them.

They were great in cleaning everything up, developing the style guide, and identifying everything. I was continued to work with them, but it was instances like that which convinced my boss that we should keep Sutter Group. She was somebody who came in, changed everything, and liked to use her own agencies.

She contacted me, calling about upcoming events, and if I was all set for it as far as what I’m going to send and deadlines. There were times in our company where they didn’t take the deadlines as seriously, but when you’re dealing with an event, the event is coming whether you like it or not, and it’s going to happen on that date.

That, to us, was a huge gamble, given that we didn't test the page with users. Portland Webworks understood our clientele and ended up producing a high-quality product.

They're great. They they do whatever it takes to make you happy. We had an issue where I needed a deliverable printed by a certain date and I had not given them a ton of time to get it done. The day before I needed the materials, one of the Decographic staff members actually put them all in his car (there were about 20 boxes) and drove them to my house and dropped them off personally. That was a sign that they go above and beyond. They are very responsive to feedback, and they will fix anything negative. They'll make it right. We had an issue with a lot of our staff members' business card back from the printer, and the layers we're peeling back on his. Decographic immediately replaced them without charge. We talk every project through, and I tell them what we have in mind and what are some of our deal breakers. They do multiple revisions of whatever it is to make sure it's perfect.
