For about two years, I had been accepting ShopPay on my Shopify store without any issues. Suddenly, an algorithmic bot decided that we no longer qualified for ShopPay, and despite my efforts, I couldn't get anyone at Shopify to listen to my concerns. This penalty cost us an additional 1% on all our sales, directly impacting our bottom line.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to Brandographys expertise and connections with Shopify, we no longer have to pay the extra 1%, which has been a significant relief.

This was not a project that had a defined timeline. We needed to get intouch with someone who could help us with our compliance issue. There was no defined path on how to make this happen. Brandography was able to get intouch with Shopify and argue on our behalf to get them to understand that we were unjustly scrutinized and they were able to correct the penalty.

I am the Operations Manager of BARF World, Inc.

Our company name has a unique meaning behind it. B.A.R.F stands for biologically appropriate raw food and we will always strive to provide the best quality raw pet food on the market.  The founders are Robert Mueller, Lillian Noon, and Dr. Ian Billinghurst with the mission to convert the population of dogs and cats to a complete and balanced raw meat diet that will improve the animals quality of life. 

We have seen amazing results from feeding this way which has helped shape the basis for our success in making a commercially prepared raw food diet. Our goal is to provide exceptional service, offer a top quality product to a market we care about and be the leading resource for new and existing raw feeders.

This allowed our team to express concerns or any questions we had with open dialogue with the Brandography team. President at The Reserve at Greenwood Hills. We are a resort-inspired master planned, luxury community that offers spacious 1-to-2-bedroom apartment homes.

We initially hired Brandography to redo our website based on a new target demographic.

What were your goals for this project?

To put our best foot forward with the demographic we were going after - and of course win new business.

How did you select Brandography?

I've worked with them on other businesses and they've been a great partner. Smart, efficient and get the job done right.

We had a kickoff meeting to determine how to best go after our new demography. We had them rebrand our Community and create verbiage and content around that, do research on our new target market and designate keywords, SEO optimize the website with the new information, and update the photography.

We also had them create a social media calendar.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with the CEO and our Account Manager who worked with their content, development and marketing teams.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've seen our business increase - lots of new interest - new tours, new people attending social mixer, and new closed rental agreements. We've also seen more traffic driven to the website, and just more chatter online and in person in the community.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Super effective - they ask the right questions the first time, get the work done and follow up to make sure everything is done correctly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Just the ease of the process and great results. It's refreshing to work with a company that understands what you need, sets up a plan, gets it done and it works.

Not that I can think of!

I’m the founder and CEO of Foreverence. We make individually designed, custom cremation urns.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandography?

We hired Brandography for all of our direct-to-consumer marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide digital marketing services. Their team is responsible for all of our SEO and Google Ads placements, along with our web hosting. We’re looking to expand the scope of work to include things around social media, affiliate partnerships, Amazon placement, YouTube marketing, and things of that nature.

What is the team composition?

I work with Jason (CEO) and 2–3 people different project managers. 

How did you come to work with Brandography?

I met their CEO at a function and we got to talking about some of the services we need versus what they provide. It made sense for us to make the move over to their business.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent in the range of $50,000–$200,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since around January 2018 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The primary drive for us is lead volume and lead quality, and we look at those metrics very closely at our monthly meetings. When things are trending up, we focus on how to maximize it and if they’re trending down, we discuss a plan to move forward.

How did Brandography perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication has been good, along with project management. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very responsive. There are many elements of these projects that require work from both sides. They do a nice job pulling those elements together and being collaborative. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d encourage some improvement in executing on all of the good ideas that their team brings to us. There is never a shortage of good ideas and sometimes we need help with the roadmap to execute on those ideas. There’s nothing else I can think of; they do a pretty good job. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d make this recommendation for anyone working with a marketing service provider: establish your own key metrics instead of just taking the ones provided to you. Sometimes, those are not going to be ones that drive the economic engine of the business. You have to figure out what those things are and hold them accountable to your own metrics.

We worked with Brandography to help us evaluate and shape the future direction of Leadership Circle’s digital experience and website ecosystem. Specifically, we engaged them to support strategic discovery around a large-scale website rebuild initiative focused on improving site performance, UX, scalability, brand storytelling, and global growth readiness.

These included discovery documentation, strategic recommendations, visual concepts, proposal materials, and executive presentations designed to help Leadership Circle evaluate options for a future website rebuild initiative.

While the project was primarily focused on strategic discovery and planning rather than full implementation, Brandography helped Leadership Circle make meaningful progress toward a clearer long-term digital strategy and website vision. They advanced conversations around a more scalable global website architecture to better support multilingual and international growth.
Brandography also helped us define priorities related to site performance, navigation, conversion optimization, accessibility, and content management. They provided strategic guidance that informed platform and infrastructure evaluation discussions.
Moreover, they helped us with preliminary budget and investment discussions tied to the scale and complexity of a future enterprise website rebuild. They also provided high-level phased implementation considerations and timeline planning and strategic prioritization around performance optimization, scalability, accessibility, and multilingual support.

Brandography provided deliverables and presentations in a timely manner. They did a strong job facilitating strategic conversations across multiple stakeholders and departments. They were also flexible and thoughtful in adapting recommendations as new considerations surfaced during the discovery process.
