We hired Integrity to be an extension of a small but productive marketing team. We brought Integrity in to replace a previous digital agency that was underdelivering and underperforming and they hit the ground running, immediately recreating our cost-per-click paid search campaigns, developing rich, informative content for our website, and building a social media presence from the ground up on LinkedIn. They also help us to have the appropriate brand assets for the multiple industry trade shows and conferences we attend (and sponsor) throughout the year.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Awareness through our advertising and email campaigns. Often times, deals in the pipeline that are stagnant or slow moving get an instant boost when we strategically post on LinkedIn or reinforce our value props through a timely email blast.

Integrity prides itself on attention to detail and focus when it comes to deadlines. Hancock has never had to concern ourselves with "will Integrity meet the deadline" but rather "how many days ahead of schedule will they deliver."

Being an industry that needs to be agile based on the news, such powerful storms hitting a region of the country, Hancock relies on Integrity to post immediate warnings on our website as well as thoughtful, empathetic posts on social media. We have fine-tuned the process to a well-oiled matchine where we have news on our radar, we contact Integrity, they return quickly with a solution, and then the end results are posted, usually within just a few hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We love their passion for the work Integrity does and their compassion for the property owners we help serve who may have been hit by a devastating hurricane or tropical storm. They are also perfectionists who are more concerned about getting the work done properly and aligned with our goals than getting the finished product to us quickly. They have some of the best QA processes I have ever worked with where a mistake may slip through a few people in the workflow, but 9/10 times it's discovered before it even crosses our desks at Hancock.

Are there any areas for improvement or something INTEGRITY RESOURCE SOLUTION LLC could have done differently?

Obviously, no person, company, or agency is perfect. But speaking honestly, Integrity Resource Solution is as close as close to the right partner as we could ask for. In fact, we often consider them part of our marketing team, not an agency that helps support our Marketing team. Taylore, our primary project manager, is one of the best I have ever worked with in terms of organization, thoroughness, and ensuring every line item on her lengthy weekly update spreadsheet has an action item, a set deadline, and KPIs we both have to meet. David, their Founder & President is the most hands-on, active leader of an agency I have ever seen, attending our weekly meetings and providing his input on projects and campaigns he feels will benefit Hancock in the long run.

If you're looking for one area of improvement, perhaps it is price as they do charge a premium for their services. But the adage of "you get what you pay for" has never rung truer than with Integrity. We get more than our money's worth with the team assigned to our projects, the output, and their seemingly 24/7 availability to help us out with long-term projects and all-hands-on-deck emergency efforts where accuracy and turnaround time are paramount.

Our team is made up of many different skillsets and talents. We have production team members who know how to create web pages, brochures, and data sheets, but we don’t have any graphic artists. We needed to fill the artistic gap on our team and engage a partner who could create visuals.

INTEGRITY RESOURCE SOLUTION LLC has a pool of artistic talent to help us create more appealing visuals. The focal point of our website is a slide carousel that showcases images of new products. The banner needs stopping power so that we can engage users to click for more product information, so they’re helping us make the visuals more attractive. 

It seems like a simple task but requires a lot of finesse. We must adequately convey a specific message with an interesting visual, and INTEGRITY RESOURCE SOLUTION LLC is helping us achieve this. 

We give them parameters for the tangible and intangible aspects of what we’re looking for. Then, they come back to us with potential examples, and we choose our favorite components. Next, we work together to fine-tune the graphic, and they deliver the final product. 

They buy the rights for a stock image and modify it with our product images and copy. They compile those different components to create a banner ad using Adobe creative suite tools, mostly Photoshop. 

They’re also taking one of the website visuals they created and modifying it into a version suitable for print advertising. This will allow customers to see the same product visual in a magazine as on the website.

We work with the owner, who manages the project, and another creative staff member. We also interface with other artists to go over details as needed.

We contacted our local marketplace network in Atlanta, and one of our SEO partners referred us to INTEGRITY RESOURCE SOLUTION LLC. Our main priority is communication because it increases the probability of getting a positive end result.

Our main criteria is getting a visual that checks all the boxes and that we’re happy with. The process is a collaboration, and they help us with the artistic visual aspects our team can’t do. We articulate what we want, and they deliver the end result well.

Regarding customer satisfaction, we’re delighted with what we’re getting. We have done a few projects with them and had good results.

They’re excellent at managing deadlines and are good communicators. They do everything that we ask for. They follow up the appropriate amount in between projects and keep the heartbeat of the collaboration going. They’re also great at changing course as needed, and that’s important. The cost is sometimes lower than expected, which makes us happy.

They respond quickly and are adept at delivering the product when they promise. Their communication is effective, and we’re very happy with the partnership. All of our communication is via phone calls and email.

They are great communicators. They listen to us, understand what we’re looking for, and successfully translate our idea into a final product. 

Their artistic skills are not easy to find on demand. I have worked with many artists over the years and finding creative talent that communicates well and delivers what they promise is challenging.

It’s essential to have a good idea of what you’re looking for and frame expectations as clearly as possible. Having a clear set of expectations to start with is very important.

We mainly hired INTEGRITY RESOURCE for their social media marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

INTEGRITY RESOURCE initially worked on our social media campaign. From there, Emilio (Senior Developer) helped us integrate our point-of-sale (POS) software into Shopify. That way, we could automatically update the inventory as we completed sales through the store.

So far, INTEGRITY RESOURCE has been able to automate that process. The inventory is updated before we manually go in and import and export all sales data by the end of every day. Emilio has essentially created a sync app that automatically pushes and updates data out of the server before it goes through Shopify. 

Meanwhile, we’re still working on transitioning back to a more solid social media engagement. We plan to continue using them on this, but we haven’t gotten far into it yet. They currently help me promote things as needed by pushing out items on Facebook, Instagram, and emails.

Apart from Emilio, we work with Delfina (Marketing & Social Media Manager) and another person to handle our social media accounts. They help us with our social media and email marketing campaigns, such as during our clearance sales. If I need any special items, especially on holidays, they help me push stuff out.

INTEGRITY RESOURCE’s work has helped drive traffic to our website. They’ve helped increase our sales not only via the website but also through our brick-and-mortar stores.

They do business with a lot of other companies, but we’re just as important as them to the team even if we’re a smaller business. In other words, they give us their attention and listen to our needs. What was the scope of their involvement?

INTEGRITY RESOURCE initially handled our social media marketing ads to drive appointments to us. After six months, we asked them to manage our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, too. Although our social media presence wasn’t as large as we hoped, the team spent a few hours a week engaging our followers. 

As we knew their company a little bit better, we asked them to review our website and completely relaunch it. They used WordPress to do this. 

At present, they’re hosting and maintaining our website. If we want any changes to the website or if a part of it isn’t working properly, we can reach out to the team and they’ll work on it for us. We’ve also added a few other tasks along the way, such as marketing items. 

In terms of functionality, INTEGRITY RESOURCE has added an agency portal for agents to work with our financial advisors. Users can access three sections of the portal. One is a training page where new agents can see a bunch of training videos and modules. 

Another portion is like an internal store where agents can purchase marketing materials that they might need in their daily operations. Finally, the third segment serves as a hub where users can view pension emails, Salesforce accounts, and the carriers that work with us.

We’ve recently met with another company that provides marketing services for us. They’ve reviewed the website and given compliments to it — they don’t have any suggestions or changes to it. Other entities in our industry have also commended the work that INTEGRITY RESOURCE has done for us.

Our team hasn’t been great at establishing timelines and budgets. However, INTEGRITY RESOURCE has been open to our additions and changes; they go along with those suggestions on the fly. To communicate, we use emails and do virtual calls via Zoom.

Their customer service is impressive. Every time we need something, Dave and his team make it happen almost instantly.
