We hired Sparky to help expand our e-commerce functionality. We needed experts in Shopify that could help us drive our brand forward.

We searched for months, but the deciding factor was humility combined with expertise. So many development agencies will try and blind you to science. Sparky got in, got their hands dirty, and helped us achieve our goals.

Sparky did everything for us from A/B testing, site maintenance, CRO, and e-commerce improvements.

With Sparky's help, our website went from a 2.3% conversion to a 4.38% conversion. They helped us launch an incredible amount of functionality that improved our site experience and helped our AOV grow.

Sparky uses a proprietary project management system that helps navigate tasks. It can be clunky at times, but it's also very clear that Sparky is ethical and conscientious about how they use it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They authentically approach e-commerce agency work. They also get results. They have an incredible team that works hard across all time zones, and they are always available. In a sea of failing agencies, Sparky stands out as the one I want to do business with.
