A full integration platform that focuses on keeping all of our ecommerce platforms, and capabilities, in-line with our NCR CounterPoint system. This also included many specific rules and attributes associated with key commercial accounts, their complexities, and having those reflected and applied to our front end websites.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Helix Solutions has taken our business to the next level regarding relevancy. From a company that had barely any web presence, we are now able to offer an entirely new, and refined, forked service method that is very sophisticated. Thanks to our long and ongoing partnership, we are very competetitive in this sector now, with a solution that is just as functional as larger national conglomerates.

The personalized service is unmatched. You are not dealing with generic support ticket repository emails: you are speaking, and working with, real project managers and genuinely talented developers. They were able to fully learn and understand a pretty niche point of sale solution to better fit the needs of our business project development(s).

Are there any areas for improvement or something Helix Solutions could have done differently?

Truthfully, all things considered, there isn't anything I would highlight as needing improvement over the years. They were given a monumental task of absorbing the understanding of my business' needs and infrastrucuture, digitally speaking, and they have performed well on that.

I'm the e-commerce head of iShop Group, a leading Apple reseller in Central and South America. We offer Apple products, accessories from renowned brands, and a specialized experience for users and fans of Apple.

We needed help with our e-commerce operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Helix Solutions has created our cr.tiendasishop.com site (Costa Rica) and has also worked hard to implement automated solutions in the Shopify front end and checkout for several more sites, including co.tiendasishop.com (Colombia), pe.tiendashishop.com (Peru), and Bose.co (Colombia's official Bose store, which we also run). The team has handled full front-end implementations in Shopify, including the homepage, collections, products, cart, and checkout. Moreover, Helix Solutions has provided custom features and ongoing support.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Helix Solutions.
