What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On The Map Marketing is the biggest fraudulent marketing agency in South Florida. Stay far away from them! First, (Sarah), the Head of Sales, will sell you a dream and tell you everything you want to hear just to get you to sign a contract. That's where things start to go downhill. Secondly (Chris), the Owner, is completely dishonest. He will agree with you over the phone that work is not being delivered as promised and that they will shorten the contract or give you months of work for free, which they call the "SOS PROGRAM."

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Straw that broke the camel's back was when my company built its website. NO WORK was being done for 3 months, but On The Map Media still charged our account $3,300 a month for SEO! We contacted the Manager (Kara), who advised us that they didn't know why our account was being charged for 3 months when no (LINKS OR CONTENT) could be produced. We were also losing ranking month after month. Our team finally brought this to Kara's attention and gave us 2 months of free work "SOS PROGRAM". All we wanted back was our last month's payment after being locked in a 12-month contract and not being happy after month #2. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY! THEY WILL LOCK YOU INTO A CONTRACT AND NOT DELIVER ANYTHING THAT WAS PROMISED! WE SPENT $40k for 1 year of SEO with on the map media and maybe received 5 customers!

It was a beautiful site and my client was extremely happy with the results. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was very effective. I had my own dedicated project manager that was constantly giving updates and doing zoom conferences with screen share so we were always seeing how the website was coming along.

Their attention to detail and turnaround times.

Not at all! Everyone who I was in contact with was amazing.
