I’m the Director of Marketing at a full-service law firm. We provide a wide range of legal services to clients in Southern Wisconsin and have a large personal injury division.

We needed help with sophisticated Google AdWords campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Sargeant has set up our entire campaign by researching competitive terms and meeting with our personal injury attorneys to determine growth goals and budget. Their expertise has been invaluable. Digital Sargeant has also been doing social media for the personal injury team. This includes content strategy, design, scheduling on multiple platforms, editing reels, and adhering to strict branding guidelines.

We mainly work with two teammates from Digital Sargeant.

Digital Sargeant was a referral. They responded quickly and were very knowledgeable in many areas. Instead of working with multiple contractors, I can stick with just one person who understands our brand well.

We’ve spent over $100,000 per year on advertising on various platforms, not including the management fee.

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our brand has dominated the digital landscape. Our competitors were buying up our brand terms and other competitive keywords for very cheap. Once we started a consistent program with Digital Sargeant, we owned our brand words and dominated most searches within the nuanced categories they established. Our firm has undergone exponential growth, particularly in the personal injury division where Digital Sargeant has done most of the work. Lead calls are up at least 30% since they joined our team.

How did Digital Sargeant perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication has always been spot on. Digital Sargeant has been very responsive and proactive in delivering ideas. I’ve worked with countless contractors over my career, and Digital Sargeant is the fastest to respond to messages and business needs I’ve ever experienced.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their adaptability is impressive. Whether it’s Google AdWords, video editing, strategic planning, or graphic design, I can count on them to do as little or as much as is needed, using a wide array of different marketing skills, with very little notice.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, right now they are our best kept secret.

I’d recommend Digital Sargeant to any industry, particularly where conversion rates are critical.

Digital Sargeant has created a new website for us. They manage all our social media and marketing efforts, including ongoing SEO and SCO. The team also creates and emails a monthly newsletter, creates promotions, and constantly works on our Google page.

Digital Sargeant sends a monthly report that helps us recap our efforts. The report includes data collection, such as website and social media hits, Google and website views, new clients, where the new clients came from, and a Google ranking report.

Digital Sargeant really cares about my business. Jennifer (Owner & CEO) has gone above and beyond several times for us. It's easy to see that Digital Sargeant cares about their clients and business.
