A New Mobile-Friendly Website with SEO to Grow JSE Labs Customer Base Image

A New Mobile-Friendly Website with SEO to Grow JSE Labs Customer Base

Our web and SEO team worked together seamlessly with the JSE team to develop a web strategy, create a design concept to ensure their new website was modern-looking and user-friendly no matter if they were on a desktop or mobile device.

We created a new site structure and content with brand personas in mind. Close collaboration with JSE enabled us to make sure our copy was easy to understand for everyone, while still

including the necessary science and jargon for hazmat testing.

JSE has let us do our thing during on-going work allowing us to do what we do best while allowing them to focus on what they do best. Resulting in continued traffic growth and a massive on-site goal conversion rate of 18%.

Ecommerce Growth for a Local Pet Store with a National Reach

In 2017 King Dukes came to us with a new domain and website. Ready to partner with us to build their digital marketing presence from the ground up.

After building a solid technical SEO foundation, we deployed a targeted keyword strategy using product optimization and regular blogging geared towards growing keyword rankings for engaging content passionate pet owners are searching for.

When they opened their first

brick and mortar store in Beaverton, Oregon, we used local SEO tactics and online citations to increase their digital presence for local searches.

We built and manage their PPC shopping campaigns, display ads, and Google Ads. Running special ad campaigns when appropriate to increase sales for specific holidays and other promotions.

Two years into our digital marketing partnership we’ve grown revenue from all users by 195%.

Increased ROI in Digital Marketing channels for OCI Image

Increased ROI in Digital Marketing channels for OCI

We've been partnering with OCI since 2015.

Initially, our SEO strategy was to create and execute a keyword strategy to improve organic rankings, updating current copy and writing new copy (including strategic blogging), and improving the site's conversion rate.

We conduct regular audits and updated research to improve and adjust our strategy resulting in a 104% increase in organic ranking keywords and a 48%

improvement in organic traffic conversion rate.

To improve their PPC performance we designed and built campaign-specific landing pages for their Facebook and Google Ads.

Ongoing optimizations include data-driven monthly A/B tests on landing pages, A/B testing ad creative, and monthly updated remarketing lists based on lead analysis.

Potential student inquires from paid ads increased and the cost per conversion dropped on all paid platforms Google Ads, Facebook, and Bing.

SOJC Portland and Eugene have a limited budget and very specific (but different) audiences they're trying to reach to generate qualified leads to fill their classes.

We worked closely with them to create clear potential student personas with specific audiences and location targets.

Our ongoing optimizations focus on ensuring our ads reach their ideal applicants. We then deploy retargeting ads to make sure users

complete a program application.

We partnered closely with their web firm to make sure their new site launched with a technically optimized page structure, targeted keyword strategy, and engaging content.

We are continuing the make on-site technical updates to improve conversion rate, expand content with specific keyword targets, increase their local presence through GMB, and create high-quality blog content to ensure we pull in the right kind of

traffic that converts into new customers for Bridgetown.

The PPC work we do for them increases brand awareness and provides a steady stream of qualified leads - keeping their sales team busy!  Conversions and traffic from paid and organic sources continue to grow.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Digital marketing manager at a University School of Journalism

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Intuitive Digital?

We were looking to have an agency create and manage our Google Ad campaigns for Portland programs. The project included developing an overall strategy for each program to reach users most likely to be interested in the schools programs.

What were your goals for this project?

The campaign goals were to increase program awareness and enrollment through increased web traffic and completed website inquiries.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We looked at a handful of agencies in Portland and Intuitive was within our budget and had higher ed experience so we ended up landing on Intuitive for the project.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We initially met with Intuitive and described our goals, budget and programs to give insight into what we were hoping to achieve over the course of a year since higher ed works off an academic calendar.

Intuitive then came back with a detailed strategy outlining their recommendations and next steps. They continually provide detailed reports and recommendations to grow our conversions year over year.

What was the team composition?

We work closely with the account manager and review our account quarterly and monthly as needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since starting out with Intuitive we've added additional programs and budget which has lead to increase conversions and overall program awareness.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Intuitive team is very responsive and communicates regularly with our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I especially like how they continue to revamp their reporting efforts for us. This has allowed us to report back to leadership regularly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I suppose having the account manager and strategist be the same person would help streamline workflow. But I completely understand these are different roles and not a one size fits all type of position.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the general manager of West Coast Moving and Storage. We deliver, store, and move upright and grand pianos, but we also do household and commercial moves, as well.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Intuitive Digital?

We hired Intuitive Digital for a variety of reasons, but mainly to get our name out there more. We’re well known for our piano moving services, but we wanted to be more recognized for our other services, so they’ve been helping with our marketing and advertising efforts too.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intuitive Digital works with us on PPC efforts, including Google Ads. They work on advertising campaigns to get our name recognized in relevant markets. Their team also manages SEO efforts and focus heavily on modifying the strategies to match our needs. They revamp our landing pages to keep them updated and relevant.

What is the team composition?

Nick (CEO, Intuitive Digital) works with us a lot, as well as Kelly (Accounts Director, Inuitive Digital) and Alysha (Account & Intuitive Brand Manager, Intuitive Digital).

How did you come to work with Intuitive Digital?

We work hand-in-hand with another company that serves essentially as our parent company, and they were using Intuitive Digital. They recommended them for us, so we sat down with the team and it was a perfect fit.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent in the range of $50,000–$100,000, so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement has been ongoing since December 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve definitely seen improvement since beginning working with Intuitive Digital. For example, when we do specific advertisements for one service, we’ll practically see an overnight impact and significant growth. The difference in our growth since we’ve started working together is truly night and day.

How did Intuitive Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been excellent—I can’t say enough positive things about how they’ve managed the work. They’re very helpful when I don’t understand the terminology. Some other companies just move on, but Intuitive Digital take their time and ensure I understand everything, which is huge for us. Their knowledge and explanations are invaluable.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really like the way they monitor our site and keep an eye on better options for us. They come up with cutting-edge ideas and find new concepts to improve our efforts. Whereas some companies aren’t as involved, Intuitive Digital keeps us updated and informed, ensuring we’re in the loop constantly. Overall, they’re just great people to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Off the top of my head, I can’t think of anything to improve. I’m pretty happy with everything they do for us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Bring everything to the table—all your questions, comments, and concerns. They’ll take the time to answer everything and find solutions for you. If they don’t have the answer immediately, they’ll find it for you and keep you informed.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We have a couple different drug and alcohol treatment entities—Compassionate Interventions, Oregon Trail Recovery, and Pacific Crest Trail Detox—addressing intervention, detox, and outpatient with structured sober living. My wife and I are the owners. I am the CEO and Jennifer is the COO. We have been doing interventions for 13 years, outpatient for six years, and detox for two years.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Intuitive Digital?

We hired Intuitive Digital to address our SEO and get us certified with LegitScript so we could buy Google adwords. They also revamped some of our webpages.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted higher rankings without losing the mission and values of our company.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We hired a client placement specialist who knew Nick, the owner of Intuitive. We met for dinner and he was very transparent when I asked him some "hard questions" based on a previous bad experience we had with another vendor. Nick was honest and forthcoming throughout the meeting (and in our continued relationship as well).

Describe the project in detail.

We had gone with a national SEO company that specializes in the behavioral healthcare space and had actually lost position on several search engines. Most SEO companies just load your site up with keywords (some of which may not address your mission) and it does nothing for you in the long run (running the keyword "detox" when you don't own one for example). Intuitive came in, revamped our pages, got us certified with LegitScript, and got our traffic (and our rating) much higher. They did all of these things without losing the character of our company or misrepresenting our services. They have exceded all of our expectations.

What was the team composition?

As I mentioned, Nick is incredibly honest and transparent. Even though we have an account manager, he is always available to us. Kelly, our account manager, is very responsive and attentive to us. The last vendor we used was very slow in responding, if at all. Intuitive has always responded to voicemails and emails in a timely fashion. Having been in their offices several times, I've also met several other team members who are professional and based on our experienced results, the best at what they do.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I could publish a whole SEO services report for our companies to show the progress almost across the board, almost every month. Of course, with SEO, an area might dip one month, and another area dip the following month, but with Intuitive, our overall performance has improved every month. I can't give you hard numbers at this time (they are not with me), but we have had significant increases in our SEO.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The work flow is excellent. The only downside, I'm ashamed to admit, is that a couple times we haven't been as responsive in discussions about webpage content. Again, to emphasize, that was our teams' mistake and not Intuitive. They send us gentle reminders instead of letting the project stagnate. We've worked with other companies that would not follow up if we weren't responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Transparency is everything to me. Everyone I have worked with has been completely forthcoming. If an area of SEO dips one month, Intuitive investigates it and gives me possible reasons when we meet.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing I can think of and it is really petty, is their offices are in a locked building and sometimes when I'm trying to get in for a meeting, I can't use the keypad (because I can't reach anyone), so I have to call someone on their cell.

After a disappointing monetary return and services that differed appreciably from pre-project assurances, the engagement was ended. Setting lofty expectations worked against Intuitive Digital, as did infrequent communication and a lack of transparency regarding progress and reporting.

The client submitted this review online.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the founder and CEO of Blendily. We’re a seed-to-skin skincare kitchen located in Portland, Oregon.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Intuitive Digital?

Our initial engagement was for PPC, but we also conducted a web audit and were slated to move forward with web updates and maintenance.

What were your goals for this project?

We set out to increase online sales and improve our online shopping experience.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I’d researched different agencies and initiated conversations with several before deciding to sign an agreement with Intuitive Digital. Part of my decision was based on how they presented themselves. They claimed to hold to a set of values that included always doing the right thing and holding themselves responsible for not delivering results. Their digital marketing services purported to be comprehensive as well.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We began with a PPC agreement, and I expressed to them that the website needed work as well. I was also interested in SEO services. In our three-month engagement, they set up ineffective Google Ads and performed a website audit that concluded our website needed work, as I’d already told them.

What was the team composition?

I interfaced with Nick (CEO, Intuitive Digital) and Kelly (Account Manager, Intuitive Digital), the assigned project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We invested around $5,000 in three months and saw only nine sales, resulting in just over $300. And it wasn’t even clear that any of the sales were attributable to Intuitive Digital’s work. I canceled the engagement after those three months. They gave excuses about the timeline and the amount of money, and instead of forgiving the final invoice of almost $500, they insisted that the work was done and needed to be paid for. I was deeply disappointed and full of regret.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I received two phone calls, a few emails, and no reports.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The results were terrible. If you are a company that has time and money to pay for ineffective work, I highly recommend Intuitive Digital. I'm happy to speak to anyone interested in my dismal experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The results were terrible. They talked hype and didn’t deliver much for the money. The values they talked about before the project didn’t amount to much in the results.

Company response

The vendor responded on July 23, 2019.

We appreciate all feedback from our partners and, in many communications, explained our sadness with your unhappiness. You hit it right on the head that there are upfront costs in building a digital marketing strategy. The value we created is maintained in the documents, account, strategy, and sales (although they just started to come in). We tried working with you to make you happy, and I believe despite our best efforts to educate, you don’t have a clear understanding of the time and effort digital marketing strategies take to build value.

We are the second top-rated agency in Portland you hired for a short project. You expected results immediately and did not continue working with either agency. Once we heard you were unhappy and no longer wanted to continue with our services, we waived the required cancellation notice period ($3,750 of contracted work) and reduced your final invoice to cover only work that was completed. I was concerned when you emailed us saying we needed to waive your invoice or you’d post a negative review, but I believe in our team and the work they did for you. I also do not believe negative reviews should be used as leverage against a business. I wish you the best of luck and hope you find what you’re looking for.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the acting executive director at the Rebuilding Center, a nonprofit thrift store for salvaged building materials. We also offer deconstruction services, education, and community outreach programs.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Intuitive Digital?

We offer a variety of services and wanted to weave them together under our mission of making a material difference through reuse. Specifically, we wanted a partner to improve our targeted online marketing and digital analytics to help people find us easier.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intuitive Digital did detailed work on our SEO, analytics, and website. We operate multiple businesses and programs under one roof, so they consolidated some of our review pages to be more cohesive. We had different domains, wording, and messaging all over the place, and Intuitive Digital streamlined our branding across all those channels.

For the website, they integrated specific targeted goals based on our mission statement and established a Google Analytics dashboard to easily track that information. They also redesigned the homepage and identified new language to better reflect our organization's goals. One of the final projects was setting up our first Google Ad Grant. Google has specific contact requirements and criteria for the award, so Intuitive Digital figured all that out and helped us successfully achieve the grant.

What is the team composition?

We worked with their project manager.

How did you come to work with Intuitive Digital?

We found them through a referral.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2017–September 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We didn’t measure many metrics before our engagement with Intuitive Digital, so we don’t have anything to compare them to. However, their real success was building the framework to allow us to track analytics from now on.

How did Intuitive Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They were incredibly responsive and friendly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They quickly understood our organization and how to improve our online marketing. They took our goals and translated them into effective SEO, keywords, and names. They were willing to work with us, despite our inexperience, and made it easy to understand their plans and objectives. For the first time in our history, we have targeted marketing, campaigns, and branding.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Intuitive Digital?

We came to the realization that our website wasn’t set up for SEO purposes and needed to be more user-friendly. We also struggled on what we should change and setting forth a new mission statement. They built our new website with a design provided by an outside contractor. Since launching the new website, they will be focusing on getting our new Adwords up and running.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $1,000 to $1,500 monthly for their SEO and PPC services.

The work started in June 2017, and the partnership is ongoing.

Intuitive manages all of our search engine marketing (SEM) channels including paid search through AdWords and BingAds, YouTube video marketing, and display network marketing. They also oversee our social media accounts for Facebook and Instagram by optimizing sponsored ads. Additionally, they provide website SEO by making sure each page is optimized for target keywords and our listings and citations across the web are uniform and complete. It’s a fairly robust engagement as they manage everything from our direct response marketing to our social media platforms.

We operate within a highly regulated industry, so creating marketing content that’s compliant with the regulations imposed on us has always been a challenge. Intuitive overcame that challenge by utilizing Google Docs so both parties can quickly edit drafts for compliance and approve deliverables. This has proven to be a long-term solution for us.

To maximize our content, they suggested breaking down a single deliverable and recycling it across different marketing channels. For example, if we have two-minute long video testimonial, it can be cut into different lengths. As a result, we’ve used six seconds of footage for a YouTube ad and 30 seconds for a TV commercial, and the full two minutes for a promotional video simply hosted on our website. Going further, we could use screenshots of the same video for display ads.

What is the team composition?

Our account has four dedicated team members including the founder/CEO.

How did you come to work with Intuitive Digital?

We met with a local digital marketing group and our website got chosen for a panel review and audit. After going over the group’s findings, I talked to one of the auditors about facilitating the updates and he recommended Intuitive Digital as his first choice.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend roughly $3,500 a month for their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2016 and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their PPC efforts have increased conversions by 17% while decreasing the cost per conversion by 34%. Furthermore, the social marketing channels have experienced an 84% increase in conversions and a 28% reduction in cost per conversion.

How did Intuitive Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We share a single email address with everyone that works on the account to ensure the whole team stays updated with the newest information’s and can quickly receive answers to questions. Intuitive’s project management is remarkable as they expertly utilize Google Docs and Google Drive. We hold a monthly meeting in-person and send a recap email an hour after it’s concluded, so everyone understands the tasks at hand. Overall, their communication is top-notch and the project management is stellar.

What did you find most impressive about them?

If issues arise, Nick (CEO, Intuitive Digital) quickly handles them personally. His authority and prompt involvement keep projects on track.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We have several development projects planned but would like to see Intuitive grow the number of employees they have. They’re currently on this path, but it’s a natural progression that’s driven by the number of total clients they have.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be ready to work just as hard as they do. You’ll be held to as high of a standard as them, but your company will flourish because of it.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of AV Awakenings. We provide technology for smart homes.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Intuitive Digital?

It had been a number of years since we had last updated our website, and we were looking to revitalize our brand.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intuitive Digital oversaw a complete rebuild of our website and updated our logo and signage as part of an overarching rebrand of the company. The new website includes a collection of collated photography, video, testimonials, and a variety of other content. The Intuitive Digital team also manages our social media channels, email marketing, and print marketing to promote events and maintain a consistent company voice.

What is the team composition?

We work primarily with their creative director, who liaises with their team accordingly. Additionally, members of their team will occasionally visit our office and attend events to better understand our business and what we do day-to-day.

How did you come to work with Intuitive Digital?

We had been working with someone that oversaw our marketing efforts since the company started, and Intuitive Digital bought her small business recently. They kept her on and absorbed her portfolio, and we followed her through the transition.

How much have you invested with them?

We have them on retainer, in addition to paying for specific one-off projects. The retainer fee is currently $500 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2017, and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Success is difficult to quantify in this industry, given that people very rarely decide to invest in smart home technology as a direct result of a strong web presence or social media marketing. However, Intuitive Digital's work is very important to our business, in that an active digital presence helps us establish, shape, and maintain our brand identity.

How did Intuitive Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything throughout the site redesign ran smoothly, and their collaborative approach prevented any major challenges. They’re excellent communicators that took our general ideas and turned them into tangible solutions. They consistently asked for our feedback during the project and effectively managed our expectations around timelines. We had the freedom to choose which means of communication would most effectively suit our needs, whether it be via phone, email, etc.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been very engaged with our business since the start of the engagement. When we have showcase events, they’ll frequently send team members to observe and take notes to ensure that they’re accurately capturing our brand. They prioritize their ability to create content from a position of genuine understanding, rather than passively providing the type of content that we request. This has fostered an unparalleled sense of authenticity in their work, which has been crucial in the success of our partnership.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Expend effort in getting to know their team beyond just the metrics that they provide. Intuitive Digital is not just another marketing and PR company that churns out projects. They invest in the work that they do and the clients that they work with in a way that many companies don’t.

Intuitive Digital’s strategic SEO tactics have cemented a digital presence, dramatically increasing the site’s search rankings. Throughout the engagement, the team has remained responsive and has quickly remedied any concerns. Their youthful enthusiasm and expertise are hallmarks of their work.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a boutique design build company based in Oregon.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Intuitive Digital?

Because we were a small company, we often didn’t have time to do digital marketing, let alone curate our website’s content. As a result, we needed resources to grow our online presence, which entailed developing our website and doing SEO.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aside from developing the site, they’ve implemented SEO strategies to build up my search rankings, including writing blogs and posting whenever we get awards. They also update the site to reflect our accolades. Every quarter, they compile an overview of our analytics to keep us up to date with where we’re landing on sites and our SEO status. Currently, they continue to lead our blog and SEO effort, and we’re planning to make some layout changes to our site.

What is the team composition?

I primarily work with their account manager, who is fantastic.

How did you come to work with Intuitive Digital?.

I found them online while looking at other people’s websites and met with them. They were youthful and energetic with a great presentation, so I went with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Their work began in 2012 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Intuitive Digital understands SEO strategy far more than I do, so I appreciate that I have young professionals who can guide me. Eight or even five years ago, it would be hard to find me through a quick online search. But, now, I land on the first pages in my area. They keep me current and proactively push our SEO to make us competitive with larger companies.

How did Intuitive Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

As I’ve mentioned before, we usually meet every quarter to go over their reports, but they always touch base with me through email. They inform me about everything and are responsive to my concerns. If there’s ever a misunderstanding, they’re quick to address it and always maintain a professional approach.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Again, I feel blessed that I’ve found young, energetic people who are so attuned to SEO. It’s something that I’ve never quite understood nor had any interest in doing myself. So I appreciate that I have people who are helpful and excited to lead my digital marketing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the Executive Director of a nonprofit called Cascade Forest Conservancy that works on forest conservation in the Pacific Northwest.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Intuitive Digital?

We were trying to improve our marketing capacity and brand awareness. We wanted to improve the function of our website and social media tools to better connect with the public and potential members.

We changed names about 2 years ago and our name wasn’t well known. I don’t think a lot of people caught on to that change. We wanted to be more visible online, including on Google, Facebook and Instagram to be more connected to the people that are our members.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve managed search engine optimization and social media for us. They’ve also helped us to restructure and optimize our website.

We create most of the content and they’re doing the ads and analytics, giving us a strategy to better target the audience we want. Each month they come to us with a very detailed report on our performance, especially on social media and Google. It shows us demographics and exactly how we're better reaching our audience through our partnership with them.

What is the team composition?

We have a project manager who is our point of contact.

How did you come to work with Intuitive Digital?

We were referred to them by one of our board members who's the head of another tech firm. I actually didn't know we had a problem until they suggested we talk to Intuitive.

What is the status of this engagement?

The work is ongoing since May 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our brand awareness was really low. Looking at a number of search engines, we were in position 10 to 20. We’ve moved up and now we’re at the top.

Our click-through rates are increasing from our ads on Facebook and Instagram. People are going to our website at a higher rate and we’re getting a larger number of donations from these efforts. We have more revenue, more volunteers, and more members.

How did Intuitive Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive, very timely, and they get back to us whenever we have a question.

We communicate through phone and mostly email. We have a monthly in-person meeting where our project manager gives us the report on how we're doing and we talk about next steps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They know their stuff and they're really into their work. They seem to be pretty fun, cool group to work with. That means a lot in the tech world.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Trying to keep track of all the potential things we can do and prioritizing them. Working to improve the prioritization of all the things to be done.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

No, I think they'd be in really good hands with Intuitive Digital.
