We offer a variety of services and wanted to weave them together under our mission of making a material difference through reuse. Specifically, we wanted a partner to improve our targeted online marketing and digital analytics to help people find us easier.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intuitive Digital did detailed work on our SEO, analytics, and website. We operate multiple businesses and programs under one roof, so they consolidated some of our review pages to be more cohesive. We had different domains, wording, and messaging all over the place, and Intuitive Digital streamlined our branding across all those channels.

For the website, they integrated specific targeted goals based on our mission statement and established a Google Analytics dashboard to easily track that information. They also redesigned the homepage and identified new language to better reflect our organization's goals. One of the final projects was setting up our first Google Ad Grant. Google has specific contact requirements and criteria for the award, so Intuitive Digital figured all that out and helped us successfully achieve the grant.

We didn’t measure many metrics before our engagement with Intuitive Digital, so we don’t have anything to compare them to. However, their real success was building the framework to allow us to track analytics from now on.

They were incredibly responsive and friendly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They quickly understood our organization and how to improve our online marketing. They took our goals and translated them into effective SEO, keywords, and names. We’ve seen improvements since working with Intuitive Digital. I don’t have exact metrics, but with the keywords and ads, we’ve seen engagement on the website and through bookings. We hope to see more with the updated site. Their ongoing work involves helping us fill appointments for all locations while maintaining the solid ROI.

Intuitive Digital is great. They’re on top of everything and great at communicating. We talk weekly on the phone to make sure everything is running smoothly, to set goals, and discuss what we have achieved so far. We don’t have the internal resources required to handle the vast scope of our marketing efforts, so we hired Intuitive to act as an extension of our team. They were brought in on a monthly retainer to quickly tackle both recurring and ad hoc marketing projects as they come up.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Intuitive manages all of our search engine marketing (SEM) channels including paid search through AdWords and BingAds, YouTube video marketing, and display network marketing. They also oversee our social media accounts for Facebook and Instagram by optimizing sponsored ads. Additionally, they provide website SEO by making sure each page is optimized for target keywords and our listings and citations across the web are uniform and complete. It’s a fairly robust engagement as they manage everything from our direct response marketing to our social media platforms.

We operate within a highly regulated industry, so creating marketing content that’s compliant with the regulations imposed on us has always been a challenge. Intuitive overcame that challenge by utilizing Google Docs so both parties can quickly edit drafts for compliance and approve deliverables. This has proven to be a long-term solution for us.

To maximize our content, they suggested breaking down a single deliverable and recycling it across different marketing channels. For example, if we have two-minute long video testimonial, it can be cut into different lengths. As a result, we’ve used six seconds of footage for a YouTube ad and 30 seconds for a TV commercial, and the full two minutes for a promotional video simply hosted on our website. Going further, we could use screenshots of the same video for display ads.

Our account has four dedicated team members including the founder/CEO.

How did you come to work with Intuitive Digital?

We met with a local digital marketing group and our website got chosen for a panel review and audit. After going over the group’s findings, I talked to one of the auditors about facilitating the updates and he recommended Intuitive Digital as his first choice.

Their PPC efforts have increased conversions by 17% while decreasing the cost per conversion by 34%. Furthermore, the social marketing channels have experienced an 84% increase in conversions and a 28% reduction in cost per conversion.

How did Intuitive Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We share a single email address with everyone that works on the account to ensure the whole team stays updated with the newest information’s and can quickly receive answers to questions. Intuitive’s project management is remarkable as they expertly utilize Google Docs and Google Drive. We hold a monthly meeting in-person and send a recap email an hour after it’s concluded, so everyone understands the tasks at hand. Overall, their communication is top-notch and the project management is stellar.

What did you find most impressive about them?

If issues arise, Nick (CEO, Intuitive Digital) quickly handles them personally. His authority and prompt involvement keep projects on track.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We have several development projects planned but would like to see Intuitive grow the number of employees they have. They’re currently on this path, but it’s a natural progression that’s driven by the number of total clients they have.

However, Intuitive Digital's work is very important to our business, in that an active digital presence helps us establish, shape, and maintain our brand identity.

They’re excellent communicators that took our general ideas and turned them into tangible solutions. They’ve been very engaged with our business since the start of the engagement. We create most of the content and they’re doing the ads and analytics, giving us a strategy to better target the audience we want. Each month they come to us with a very detailed report on our performance, especially on social media and Google. It shows us demographics and exactly how we're better reaching our audience through our partnership with them.

Our brand awareness was really low. Looking at a number of search engines, we were in position 10 to 20. We’ve moved up and now we’re at the top.

Our click-through rates are increasing from our ads on Facebook and Instagram. People are going to our website at a higher rate and we’re getting a larger number of donations from these efforts. We have more revenue, more volunteers, and more members.

They’re very responsive, very timely, and they get back to us whenever we have a question.

We communicate through phone and mostly email. We have a monthly in-person meeting where our project manager gives us the report on how we're doing and we talk about next steps.
