What were your goals for this project?

The goals was to create a local listing website for my hometown that would essentially do what apartments.com does.

How did you select DiveDesign LLC?

They were referred by someone I thought did impressive work and they said that they were even better than them.

I met with Alex and his team once in person. We proceeded with zoom calls and phone calls and texts moving forward after the first meeting. I expedited/accelerated the process due to timing.

What was the team composition?

I was assigned to speak to Alexa of the Dive team who provided in great detail what was required of me before we could move forward on the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although I decided to go a separate route and not launch this website... this team is one I enjoyed working with and will continue to use moving forward on different projects.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I am a one man team so it was simple. They know what they're doing on their end.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed to see how dynamic their suggestions were for each industry that was a part of my website. They know a lot about business which helped me build on my initial idea. They helped expand my ind and show me what was possible.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing. They were great.
