I am the product manager of a social media start-up company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowform?

We have worked with Flowform Studio on a few different projects ranging from the desktop / mobile versions of our website to our current project which is a social media app.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

After searching vigorously online doing various interviews, we found Flowform Studio. We were looking to work with people that would fit our company culture and matched our vision for design.

After finalizing an idea, we were lucky enough to find Flowform Studio Initially, we were just looking for help creating a landing page, however, we loved the work so much that we continued our relationship and asked for help on a few other front-end pages of our website.

As the designs progressed, our needs did as well, and we have built a continued relationship with Flowform. Oftentimes we will start by giving an idea and they will come back with a UX design for us to review, we go through a round or two of constructive feedback and we're usually extremely satisfied with the designs.

We then work with a front-end developer who brings the designs to life and review the designs further once they are implemented.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have worked directly with Igor, the founder and creative director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been extremely pleased with all of the deliverables.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Igor has been extremely great to work with. He is passionate about the work he does and he has integrated well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It has been immensely helpful for us that we have been able to communicate an idea and have it brought to life in a beautifully designed way. Igor has a way of designing things in a modern and thoughtful way that always puts the user first. We absolutely love the work Flowform has done for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing I can think of!

We’re a small startup and I am responsible for the product design and specifications.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flowform?

We hired Flowform for ongoing graphic design support of our product in development.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of our collaboration with Flowform was to make sure that we’re building a product that is booth nice-looking and is easy to use.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Initially this was a word-of-mouth recommendation. We got in touch on Skype, had a short session to discuss the project and got things moving the next day or the day after.

Describe the project in detail.

The project included creating the layouts for some pages of our website (such as the landing page), working on the icons and other graphics and also doing some usability reviews.

What was the team composition?

It was one person from our company communicating with one person from Flowform most of the time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At this point in time it is too early to demonstrate our success as we haven’t launched to the public yet.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was seamless, response times very short and both sides were clearly on the same page all the time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We really appreciated their responsiveness when we had a few small extra tasks coming up after the initial project was finished. Those small things were done in no time even though the guys at Flowform already had other projects at hand.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As much as there is always space for improvement,we were happy enough with our collaboration and there are no direct remarks or criticism from our side.

I'm head of product in Israely based company. We have developed an unique medical e-commerce with various 3rd party integration to support regulatory government requirements.

Functional design, web design, mobile app design including UX/UI.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Based on experience, responsivity, background, reference, and existing projects.

For each part of the project, we've had a kickoff meeting with the Flowform team discussing in detail our requirements and timelines. Once the scope was confirmed by both teams, Flowform provided several design options to choose from.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 2-3 persons: project manager, head designer, staff designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have received detailed design documents exactly as requested. Our development team got very clear docs(wireframes-Figma, zeplin ux/ui, supporting screen videos) which made it very easy to implement in coding.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

the workflow between our teams was effective. all questions were answered the same day, communication between the teams was superb.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

ability to understand our needs, implement fast. They met all deadlines and always provided several options to choose from.
