What was the scope of their involvement?
They provided us with a complete rebranding proposal. They began by interviewing our staff to learn more about our programs. They then provided us with a messaging template that could be used in brochures, online, and for grant applications to make our messaging more consistent.
They walked us through a logo redesign and designed logos for each of our main programs as well as an organization logo. Finally, we redesigned our website. We picked a template walked them through a mapping process. We determined what headings and different pages we needed. They also helped us set up our donations system of the backend. I believe the website was built on WordPress.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Mickey (Co-Founder & Technical Director) and Ali (Creative Managing Partner) primarily, but there were about three additional people on the team.
How did you come to work with GreenMellen?
We worked with them to build our initial website about 10 years ago, so we had a working relationship. We asked them for a proposal for this brand messaging project, and what they came back with was really high quality.
How much have you invested in them?
We spend between $10,000–$12,000. They gave us a competitive rate because we’re a nonprofit.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started our contract for this project in November 2018, and we completed the project in spring 2019.
