I'm the guy who likes to know everything that I'm managing, so I could probably get a little annoying with a lot of questions, but he was patient, and he always answered my questions and re-answered them if I couldn't understand the first time. So, I think they're good at that interface with the client. Second, for the price that we paid, they do very clean work. I think their designer's style is just very clean and crisp. That really works for me.

One thing I appreciated was that if I sent a project their way, and they couldn’t do it in the time allotted, they would let me know right away. I’d have to find someone else to do it, but I’d always go back to MiresBall because they were honest with me. I don’t like to work with agencies that engage in “terrorist billing,” which is when they get the whole project done and then tell you that you went over budget. That never happened with MiresBall. They were always good with billing.
