The scope was clear: To revrite old web application to the new design and develop from beginning brand new mobile app for our project. The deliverables were met perfectly and now UXF plays key role in maintenance and further development of our application.

UXF is highly agile company which overlooks your project not only as IT specialist but also as business partners. They allways possitively challenged our team in order to understand our klient, alwys looking fot the best match between business needs and real financial outcomes. They support you not only in development but also by view from outside. They will not develop something which will not make sence for us as client or just being developing something because we pay them.

I highly appreciate their feedback on the way and flexibility in looking for the solutions wich fits the best our needs. Their project management was clear and organized. We had time to prioritize, we knew if we are on the schedule or not and why. We had time to discuss our proiorities based on budget. They are also able to learn new things just beause your project needs it and challendge their skills to improve the final results. We had also some missleds but we have learned out of them and moved the project even more forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their culture. Most of the developers and the team members as sportsmen. So if you love sports you can easily have meeting during running session or walking in the nature. Their sport spirit makes from the company great game team players and hardworking men if needed :-)

Are there any areas for improvement or something UX Fans could have done differently?

During the time they changed their tools for making their work and time tracking more effective. It is aleays matter of the personality of specific team member you will deal with. There are always things which every company can improve and UXF is doing it on the way constantly and that is the most important.

I would recomend as "administrative freek" to be more organized on the way of creating one place for communication around the project. Sometimes the communication among more team members get splited among too many tools and means of communication and one gets a bit lost:-)

The entire project concerns the development and operation of a new registration and membership system for members of the Czech National Ski Association. The association brings together over 30,000 members in various sports across the country. It was necessary to build the system from the ground up and design an effective solution in a very short time.

A functional and stable system that can display the status of the association's membership base in real time, the ability to select membership contributions online and a user-friendly system.

Development of web application and PWA platform. UX/UI design. Logo, branding, graphics. Marketing, SEO and PPC. IT consultation. We worked according to agile methodology. First we developed MVP, with logo and correct branding. Then, seeing initial success, we proceeded with further development of the platform, including new features. Key technologies used were React, Typescript, Next.js, PHP Symfony, PostgreSQL, GraphQL

Number of clubs involved in the project is constantly growing on a monthly basis and revenues increase. Number of leads generated is steadily increasing thanks to great online marketing (PPC, AdWords,...) and SEO. Customer satisfaction from our clients and partners.

Cooperation with UX Fans was smooth and without any major hindrances. If there were any, they were quickly solved and met our expectations. Our cooperation is great. Communication is fast, sudden problems are always solved quickly. The whole team thinks about the project and are able to agree with us on the details of our requirements, especially when it seems that our proposed solution does not quite match the UX/UI.

With UXF, we have built our own CRM system, which meets exactly our requirements and makes the work of the salesperson more effective.

It is always possible to agree on everything if something does not suit us. We have a great relationship.
