If we have updates to our sites that we need, we can plug into their support, and they will issue a ticket to a developer right away. We have a relationship manager at Orbit who is in touch if we have questions about our Google Analytics, how our sites are performing, whether a certain page is being viewed, or whether a certain image is as important as we think it is. They’re happy to discuss our Web traffic, anything that might seem amiss, or something that we should pay attention to.
