Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a marketeer at Maison Fournier Père et Fils, a family-owned vineyard situated in Verdigny, France in the heart of the Sancerre appellation. Fournier is the legacy of several generations of winegrowers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Wonderland.?

We wanted to update our previous website to better reflect our values but didn’t know where to begin. We tasked Wonderland with crafting the customer journeys for our website before using their insights to design a compelling site.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted visitors to experience our company story and its various domains in a way that accurately reflected who we are.

Wonderland developed a CMS that allowed us to edit the content by ourselves. Because we distinguished our brand by the quality of our wines, they reflected our commitment through the stunning site design. Each page features an image with subtle animations throughout, which, for me, is an important level of detail.

What was the team composition?

They assigned a project manager, a designer, a developer, and an illustrator.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Visitors have praised the site for its organization and overall look and feel. The aesthetics fit our brand, and we’ve seen a decrease in bounce rate.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was amazing. Even though we had our own dedicated team, we mostly communicated through the project manager. I appreciated that there was one creative who oversaw all creative output.
