Several web-based projects, with native web interfaces as well as mobile views - all in the e-commerce industry. The goals were to deliver several high-performing websites in quite a short timeframe, while writing the code to a high specification, strong performance, and good documentation.

Conducting technical several interviews, as well as looking at the business understanding. The developers were great, I was very satisfied with their level, as well as their price.

We were looking for a team that can quickly implement the various ideas we had on how to improve our conversion rate on the site. VT Labs helped us implement design changes and development necessary to realize those visions.

They were good communicators and there were not long intervals between decision and implementation.

Our most successful project so far is the blog re-design. It played a crucial factor in helping us rank higher in Google search results for the search terms we were going after.

I am the E-Commerce Manager at www.rokoko.com, we sell Motion Capture and Animation tools for 3D developers.

What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

Services: custom Shopify and Webflow development + Cart API. Goals: improve the user experience while simplifying our web tech stack infrastructure and making it ready for scalability.

How did you come to work with the vendor? 

We found VT Labs on Upwork and chose them for the expertise and great initial technical assessment of the project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rebuild a custom volume and bundle discount logic in Shopify scripts, conditional currency symbol display, VAT exemption validation at checkout, checkout redirect to the correct regional Shopify stores, cart UI improvements.

What was the team composition?

Communication was centralised with a dedicated Project Manager with involvement of the company owner / manager as well as relevant engineers.

The deliverables increased our share of European orders and led to significant user satisfaction in the cart and checkout experience.
