We communicated regularly and they were checking it at all the right stages to get approvals on things and good feedback as they kept moving the project along. This is my first experience interacting with an external agency primarily through Slack. They were really good at that. We always had each other on the line and could constantly shoot quick ideas or questions back and forth. We were always communicating on where things were at.

Aside from that, what we appreciated at MessageDesk was how well Commence explored options and presented creative pathways to us.
