Studying user’s pain points, gains and behaviour. Then UX/UI design accordingly to insights gained from the user study. Also they validated the usability to ensure if the design was effective for the target audience.At the end we got in-depth report about users and figma design as deliverables.

We exhibited a pop up booth at the event and showcased the application developed according to their design. We got so many positive feedbacks.

the project delayed about 20-25% of the time estimated. It was probably the surprising complexity of the requirement that we both did not know at the outset. They still handled the project and quality was at the expected level.

The overview flow and tentative schedule at the kickoff might be helpful for stakeholders to understand when and how to get involved and so what to expect. Otherwise, it would feels a bit like being accompanied while being blindfolded at some stages.
