Whenever there were changes & revisions that I requested, Anna , our Project Manager, heard me and was always happy to take the requests back to work. I believe that the reason why our projects have been so successful is due to a great project management.

My main challenge was to organise the data about all my current properties and potential properties that I'd like to invest in. So I decided to develop a web tool for internal use.

MAVINX is a team that I've been working with for many years. I consider them to be my reliable software development partner. They hepled me with the development for some other projects. So when I realised I need to build a tool for my business, I knew I'd contact them.

So the main requst was to find a solution to solve my problem. I shared the data that I needed to collect and organise in the best way. I asked for help to build a tool for internal use. MAVINX collected my requirements, built the initial structure of the management dashboard, described it in the technical documentation and provided me with the clickable prototype. After I gave a round of comments, all of them were taken to work and I was satisfied with the prototype of the future system a lot.

I worked with project manager Anna and 2 designers - Gleb and Dmitry. Dmitry and Anna were working on the logic and wireframes, Gleb took care of the UI design.

I like the process and the attentivness to details. I like the productivity. We didn't spent extra time for the discussions. I gave my feedback and that was taken to work immediately.

Willingness to make the useful project. They are not just the performers, they're showing their experience and taking part in building the good product. That's what I appreciate a lot.

I think they are ready to grow and open new directions. However, all the services I paid for were performed with a high quality, there are no doubts.

I'm a Co-Owner of Keto Kitchen project. We're a team of Keto experts and our goal is to provide our users with tasty alternatives to diversify daily low carb menu and help following healthy lifestyle for a long time.

For what projects/services did your company hire MAVINX, and what were your goals?

Well, I contacted MAVINX with the request to design and build the iOS mobile app for Keto Kitchen from scratch. So I needed the design and branding as well. We came to them with just an idea and vision.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

First of all, the relevant experience was important for me. When I contacted Victoria, she has shared the relevant project that MAVINX had developed before. That app includes recipes blocks, the app is live in the App Store so that was one of the deciding factors for me.

Secondly, they offered a good approach starting with a small part and getting first results very soon. I decided to start with the branding as this was really important for me to get the branding assets for the social networks before we move to the app development. I liked the results a lot.

First step was the Branding package. I've got the logo and styleguide, icons for the social networks and some templates for instagram. Then we moved to the mobile app business analysis, wireframing and design.

Currently the iOS app and admin panel are under development and it's supposed to be completed and released in April. While the development stage, we decided to build the landing page with the description of the app that is coming soon.

I think I worked with the full team, however, the most communication took the project manager (Ann) and the director (Victoria). I also worked with the designers. I know iOS developer, backend developer and QA were assigned to my project and they were introduced to me in Slack as well.

The communication is just perfect, I believe this is a strong side of MAVINX project management approach. I received daily updates in Slack. Ann jumped on a call with me when I had some questions as I'm not a technical person and I needed some clarifications from time to time. We also had the demo calls when the progress of the development was presented to me via screen sharing and in my Testflight on iPhone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like their creativity in design. I am also happy about their responsiveness in answering my inquiries. They even provide info about the ones that were out of their responsibility (for e.g. - conversations with Apple Support about my account, their advices about promotion options in instagram, places to take good images and many others). To summarise, I liked they CARE about my product and that feeling was really important for me.

What were your goals for this project?

I had a project idea, but the project itself should be developed from scratch. I needed a full development cycle from analysis to uploading applications and the website.

I looked for mobile development and software companies and was lucky to see an information about Mavinx. This company was using all needed technologies (Objective-C, Java + web technologies), which could deliver my project. It was something I wanted – to have one vendor for all project.

The idea of project was to create 24/7 E-store. After starting with Mavinx, we had first meeting in which we had discussed the overview of all workflow, features and functionalities. Later they shared technical specification with us with all details of the project. Next stage was designing, than development process and QA. All development was divided in smaller parts with demo after each step.

The team included 6 persons: Project manager (Artem), designer, 4 developers.

Mavinx started development from mob apps, IOS and Android were developing in one time. It was finished after 3,5 months. We uploaded them and started promotion. Then we go ahead with website, it took around 2,5 months to finish it successfully. So the project was launched fully!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They were amazing communicators. We communicate almost daily, and they replied always fast, during the day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The whole team is very talented and PM is very organized. They also have great expertise in web / mobile UX, they helped us adapt our designs to a more native look. The designer was cool, the developers are really great in their professional areas.

No, not that I’ve seen.

We made the project for Booking tables online in Moscow restaurants and St. Petersburg for free, using an extensive database of places. Booking in a couple of clicks will release from waiting a free table and will make the fastfood order if you plan to visit restaurants and cafes or bars in Moscow and St. Petersburg. At any time you can return to the card of his armor, to specify the date and time.

More than 2 years ago I got an idea to create a tool for enterprise internal usage which can help the management of company and workers to check and control the Goods quantity and location. I hired Mavinx to bring this project to life. They had to develop mobile applications including design and backend.

What were your goals for this project?

I had an idea to create the system for scanning QR codes on packaging with products and provides complete information about the balances of these products in stock with wide range of tools. This is a great tool for managing stocks of the enterprise. As a result I wanted to sell this product.

I met them at the conference, held several conversations and collected information about the company in web. I got good first impression and started the first steps of cooperation.

We started with a detailed study of the technical task for the project. I had an understanding of what I wanted to get, but the contractor’s analyst drowned all the details and helped to improve the idea of the project. After all the approvals were done, the contractor divided all the development into small parts (sprints) and we started with the design. The designer suggested 4 or 5 design options. Then we moved on to developing the backend and further on the mobile applications themselves. The work was constantly accompanied by calls, coordination of details and displays of work performed. So we moved throughout the project until its completion.

I talked mainly with the project manager, analyst and sales manager. But I know that the team had a designer, several mobile and backend developers. Also, someone of the staff was engaged in testing.

The project is large enough and took a long time. It was completely finished in a year. After that, I started offering it to potential customers. After showing the demo versions, many customers were interested in the product and we tested its effectiveness. As analysis showed - еру product significantly increases the effectiveness of the management of inventory balances within the enterprise.

I would like to note the brilliant work of the whole team. The entire development period was divided into reasonable parts - there was no rush (delays) and we did not lose time in vain. The company staff is very competent and experienced.

I had a several conversations with MavinX and also with other companies. I liked their style of communication, provided estimation and competence level.

This is real estate portal for office rent in Moscow. Something similar to aribnb but smaller of course and specialized only for commerce offices and mostly in Moscow.

They did business research in 2 weeks, then technical specification in 2-3 weeks and then made the UI/UX design in 3-4 weeks. I wasn't in hurry that's why we did all job and discussed all steps.

We used the simple tools for contacting and managing the workflow like: skype, google docs sharing, Assana. I was simple but enough and effective for this scope of work.
