Oshensalmon salmon is a direct to consumer company that sells salmon via our website. I am the companies e-commerce manager

For what projects/services did your company hire Arctic Grey, Ltd., and what were your goals?

It was very necessary for us to re-platform our existing e-commerce website. We felt it was necessary to go 100% Shopify. Our goal was to create a seamless frictionless website so our customers could fine with her looking for and make a purchase.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided with arctic gray because of the past work that they were able to do and they were able to provide us a time frame and budget at fit within our overall goals

The project was to dec couple our headless CMS platform and to Build out a 100% Shopify 2.0 platform. We need the project done under eight weeks and within X dollars. We also had to have all of our existing content subscription platform and other elements integrated into the new platform.

We had a project manager who was our main point of contact. We also would have periodic meetings with the lead a project

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch of our site we saw double digit increase in our conversion rate as well as in our subscription rates

Management so I was very professional. They were very in tune with the goals that we were trying to accomplish and we were kept up to date on progress via weekly updates in meetings

No development can always go as planned. Any hiccups that occurred along the way were addressed properly and professionally and still provided the ability for us to complete the task in the schedule time

We hired AG to do a custom Shopify website with a decent amount of complexity. The back-end was challenging and required a lot of thought.

To create a website that simply worked.

We looked on Shopify and spoke with a few of the recommended vendors in their network.

They developed the front-end and back-end of our website in full. The back-end was the most challenging as we have a few products with thousands of variants that needed to be accounted for.

We worked with Anthony who sent out our work as appropriate.
